Gradient applied in bunk objects

Hi, I looked for this in good som of ways with no idea about what to do.

So I just want to have some objects, they touch somehow overlap, I want that they have the same sense of the gradient, but with compound that they've cropped out, I do not find a solution for this.

Basically, I don't want that they cropped, and I want to keep the outlines.

I think I thought to it on how to do it, like, I used pads, then solid color + STROKE, then composed it and finally added gradient.

    After changing Windows 8.1 for Windows 10 my photoshop 6 working properly: layer styles can be applied to the object in the layer.

    Thanks much for the reply, thank you very much more useful.

    The letter appears to be part of the layer - not an object separate pixelated. One thing you could do is make a layer duplicated, select the letter and make a layer of the mask. Then you could add a style to the copy, and the rest of the initial layer will be hidden.

    To the active menu there is a tab called "Styles".  My question is how can I create a new Style that I can apply to an object?  A link to a tutorial or something like that would be helpful, because I can't find anything!    Thanks in advance for helping me eliminate this frustration!

    There are two approaches you can try.

    Clipping paths

    1. draw the shape of the part as a closed path.

    2 position the wood grain image above or below the shape where you want it positioned.

    3. cut

    4. Select the closed path.

    5. glue on the inside.

    1. use the autotrace to vectorize the image of wood fiber, using many colors.

    2. the group the paths (but not the picture) and create a tiled fill,

    3 make a style of a filled object tile

    4. apply the style to other objects.

  • An event to apply to several objects in programming

    I want to group some objects (video clips) in a way allowing to program an event that applies to all objects.

    To be precise, I want to group some buttons in a video player. If mouse passes over one of the buttons, the animation of this button will move to frame 2. How can I do this?

    (I thought there is probably an easier way than the programming of each individual button to move to the frame 2 on mouse over).

    In AS3 code can be a bit easier because she was able to identify the event object (button, etc.), but in AS2, according to me, the easiest way is to code each button individually.  You can always affect functions ideally in a loop mode if the buttons are named sequentially to ease the burden of coding.

    If you were to use a button symbol, it is automatically the second (more) framework without the need to code.

  • How to apply a direct gradient through of multiple objects painting?

    I need to apply a single gradient acros a certain number of live paint objects but am annoyingly hardly find a way.  I know that, to apply a gradient between several objects, you should do them all in a compound path, but doesn't this apply to the living of paint sort groups?  What I have to achieve is actually possible?

    Thanks for any help

    1. with the tool live paint Selection, shift-select the forms you want to unify with a gradient.

    2. fill this selection (multi-form) with your gradient. Each shape is now filled separately.

    3. with the gradient tool, drag across the selected shapes.

    'Annoyingly hard.' Is this different from "hard"?

  • Merger of Gradient shapes into single object

    I have 2 forms square on my artborad.  each square has its own background gradient.  I want to merge these 2 forms to a single form.  not a group of shapes, but a single, flattened object (complicated?).

    the gradient of the first place includes a zero-alpha.  the second image is simply two forms in layers, but I mainly want to flatten it to form a single shape.

    What are the steps to the merger of these forms into one form, so that their gradients are not affected by the merger with each other?

    You cannot merge forms.

    What you can do is to draw a new shape and apply to multiple fills via the appearance Panel and set each fill either the desired slope.

  • Stroke applied to the object it distorts?

    I just applied the patch from Adobe Illustrator for CS6 this morning bring to version 16.0.2. Since then, when I apply a stroke to an object, it distorts it. When I update the weight of the race, it distorts it.

    This makes the program completely unusable. Anyone else does?

    Looks like you have a problem with "snap to grid of pixels.

    for example, TextFrameObjectStyle that have the stroke value 8, while TextFrameObjectStyle is appying but stroke value does not apply.

    No, you cannot apply classes, IDS, or what anyone in the head of the inline styles.

  • Apply the Actionscript objects

    Hey,.
    I just downloaded the trial version of Adobe Flash CS3, and I'm unable to add actions to my objects. Once I chose the subject of the message "current selection cannot have actions applied to it" appears in the Panel shares. I'm sure that in previous versions of flash, you were able to add actions to objects of movie clip. That I have to do different in this version?

    Thank you very much

    Nuzler

    Nuzler,

    > I just downloaded the trial version of Adobe Flash CS3.
    > and I'm unable to add actions to my objects.

    Bingo. This is due to the version of ActionScript you are using.
    ActionScript 3.0 does not support the direct application of the code to objects.
    It is for this reason that the behaviors panel is grayed out when publish it
    the settings are configured for AS3.

    > Once I chose the subject of the message "current selection".
    "> is not applied to actions" is shown in the actions
    > Panel.

    That's all.

    > I do not know that in previous versions of flash, you could

    > do different in this version?

    You have two options: one) give your object, instance names (see the)
    The property inspector) and their names to reference the timeline (or external)
    scripts, or (b) change the settings of your publication to sometimes
    In addition to ActionScript 3.0.

  • Apply tweens to objects in a table: stuck interpolations

    I am applying interpolation for each element in a table (it's all just an experience...) I'm trying to learn more about tweens). The problem I encounter is that most of the time, tweens begin to play but then all the tweens stop except on one of the bubbles.

    Sometimes they end and a finish is more likely when numBubbles is set to a low number such as 5 to 10. This would be a limit of tween problem? I don't have to understand that to be likely.

    Here is my code:

    import flash.events.Event

    import fl.transitions.TweenEvent

    import flash.events.MouseEvent;

    import flash.utils.Dictionary;

    import flash.display.MovieClip;

    Import fl.transitions.Tween;

    Fl.transitions.easing import. *;

    Import fl.motion.Color;

    bubbles var: Array = [];

    var numBubbles:int = 55;

    for (var i: Number = 0; i < = numBubbles-1; i ++) {}

    Bubbles.push (new bubble());

    stage.addChild (bubbles [i]);

    startMotion (bubbles [i]);

    }

    function startMotion (TheBubble:bubble) {}

    var tweenY:Tween = new Tween (TheBubble "y", Regular.easeIn, TheBubble.y, -5, 3, true);

    }

    The bubble that continues to go isn't the first bubble of the matrix or the last. It seems to be random (a little). One color makes sometimes--most of the time it's one of the others.

    Oh, and here's the bubble class:

    package {}

    import flash.display.MovieClip;

    import flash.events.Event;

    Import fl.transitions.Tween;

    Fl.transitions.easing import. *;

    public class bubble extends MovieClip {}

    var bubbleSize:int;

    public void bubble() {}

    this.bubbleSize = Math.ceil (Math.random () * 15) + 15;

    This.Width = bubbleSize;

    This.Height = bubbleSize;

    This.x = Math.random () *(550-bubbleSize);

    This.y = 400 + Math.random () * 400;

    }

    }

    }

    I would appreciate any help or insight!

    and then they always receive gc had.  use:

    import flash.events.Event

    import fl.transitions.TweenEvent

    import flash.events.MouseEvent;

    import flash.utils.Dictionary;

    import flash.display.MovieClip;

    Import fl.transitions.Tween;

    Fl.transitions.easing import. *;

    Import fl.motion.Color;

    bubbles var: Array = [];

    var numBubbles:int = 55;

    var tweenY:Tween;

    var tweenA:Array;

    for (var i: Number = 0; i<>

    Bubbles.push (new bubble());

    stage.addChild (bubbles [i]);

    startMotion (bubbles [i]);

    }

    function startMotion (TheBubble:bubble) {}

    tweenY = new Tween (TheBubble "y", Regular.easeIn, TheBubble.y, -5, 3, true);

    tweenA.push (tweenY);

    }

  • How to sample a gradient from one object to another

    I created an object in Illustrator CS5 and applied a gradient with a custom angle and colours. I did another object and I want that the exact same gradient applied this this object as well. If I use the eyedropper tool to sample the previous gradient, that I created, the colors are sampled, but I have to re - draw the angle of the gradient again.

    The latest version of Illustrator I used until I'm CS5 was CS2, and I am sure that using the pipette in the way I described sampled the angle gradient and colors. It seems very strange to me that this feature would not be included in the latest version.

    Is there another way to achieve this goal now? Let me know if I need to make it clear to all. Thanks for your help!

    Double-click the exedropper toll in the toolbar. all options should be checked and only three items visible in the list. Then the angle of the gradient should be copied

  • vectorization, gradients and paths of compounding

    I have a complex shape, and I want to have a copy behind which is filled... the shape itself is a combination of stokes and fills, so a filling doesn't look good at all... I can get it all the same way using live paint groups to fill only areas that are completely surrounded by color.  The problem with that, however, is a gradient applied to each object separately, but if I make a compound path it fills in a few pieces traits the breed as lines in the outside (it's a kind of wrought iron of the model).

    The only way I can think to do it automatically would be all selections of colors even and then rasterize it and then vectorizing so there is an object and then apply the gradient to that, but I think it is probably a simpler way.  Not sure if I explained that, if something is not clear I will be happy to develop

    «The problem with this, however, is only a gradient apply separately to each object...» »

    Once you get to this point, you can enter the tool degraded in the tools Panel and drag across all full forms. This will make a uniform gradient across many parts of the selection.

    Give that a try, let us know how it goes.

  • AI CS6: Questions degraded

    Hello, I'm rebuilding a raster logo in Illustrator, and I can't get my gradient how I like it.

    I have a radial gradient applied to an object, but I can't figure out how to move the center of the gradient.

    Center of the gradient is aligned with the center of the object. Can I move the origin of the gradient, or possibly the center of objects? I have attached a screenshot for referance.

    If I can't resolve everything centres obj/gradient, can I create my gradient in PS and create a clipping mask? I would appreciate advice or workaround solutions, perhaps someone else has experienced this problem...

    Take the gradient tool. Click where you want the Center and drag.
