  The letter appears to be part of the layer - not an object separate pixelated. One thing you could do is make a layer duplicated, select the letter and make a layer of the mask. Then you could add a style to the copy, and the rest of the initial layer will be hidden.

  Let's say for example that I have create a form of target at a relatively large size. I then reduce it to a more appropriate size and proceed to zoom in on the object. When I Zoom, the target is completely distorted. It is a problem I've come across recently that I just upgraded to cs4 to cs5.1. Illustrator is vector, objects must be crispy and look that even if they are resized to the size of the artboard full or down to only 1% of it, correct?

  I posted a screenshot of the issue I run underneath. The largest shape on the left is normal, and the right is the same shape just scaled down. Note: this form does not features, it's a Uni fill. Thanks for any help in advance!

  (2) I've drawn a bounding box so the lines are found in the bounding box. I send the bounding box for the back and don't assign any line.

  (3) I have a repeating pattern odd when I assign to a rectangle.

  

  What I am doing wrong? I need it to look like number 2 looks.

  Always create a model that uses vertical or horizontal lines. Then apply to the object. Then rotate the model with the rotation tool, or transform Panel. When checking option to turn only the model not the object.

• How can I apply a current color fill for a stroke, then adjust the construction of the color of this race?

  Hi all, I am trying to find a way to automate a simple process, but repetative I do countless times a day. Ideally, I would like to attach it to a combination of keys to speed up my work flow.

  I'm working on the drawings to the mark and color for the shoes, so the way I'm coloring these forms and lines helps separate the various materials and parts of the shoe.

  The coloring of the line drawings, I'm working with Pantone spot colors as fillings for closed path objects. I have then manually apply that same color for once, the value of the stroke weight 0.5px, convert this color CMYK spot and add 15% of the value of K.

  I found a code in a former post office to apply the fill color of the object selected in the race, but I'm going to but I can't the next step to find how to take this spot stroke color and convert it to a generation CMYK that I can then add black to 15%. -What is still possible? I spent an hour playing with the script and had luck for the fill color or by turning the white line. Thanks for the help!

  You can not. The fill color property applies only to the following observation

  types: circle, square, line, Polygon, PolyLine, FreeText

  I try to apply an image to all the objects in a single layer. So first, I create a group and add all my art objects in this group. Then I apply the graphic style to the group, and then ungroup. I use the method move to add items in the group, and then again move to put them in the layer (layers).

  Use the construction "doScript" VB to apply and action to the group using the Menu item "Decaying appearance" before releasing the group.

  With nothing selected, the value of the weight of the 2pt race. Now select > same > weight of the race.

  Set the weight of the race is registrable and if nothing is selected, then select it > same commands using what is defined in the panels.

  What seems to be the case there is that you have your background to the same color as your race, so when move you the shape, all you are able to see is offset fill outside the original shape, making it appear that the race is offset on the inside.  Make sense?

  When you use the object-> path-> offset path, you create a copy of the desired shape.  When you use-> path-> offset path effect... you will just move the selected path.  Maybe what you are looking for.

  This problem has been bothering me for a while, and especially now that I am design - small - buttons.

  The processing area control an object (here a simple rectangle) does not exactly match the object itself, as shown on the screenshot.

  

  NB: The problem seems to be the option "match race":

  The loading IS included in the dimensions of the objects. (I need to choose this option)

  Same problem when the stroke is excluded from dimensions.

  The problem does NOT occur when the accident stroke is ' outside half / half in.

  I'm using CS5

  No applied clipping mask.

  Is there a way to fix the bug?

  Otherwise I'll find a way around it and 'cheat' by using the default option.

  The snap to grid of pixels can be disabled in the transformation Panel.

  I have a square that has a line above it.  I would like to see the transparent background behind the square in the area occupied by STROKE. Example below:

  

  I would like the white area (which was created using the Brush tool and applying a stroke) to display the transparent background behind the red square - or whatever that fall behind the place.

  
  

  I have read and tried many tutorials and suggestions on the forum without success. (Group of knockouts, mask opacity, etc...)  I even created a much simpler red square with an accident stroke by default and still unable to get transparency through red square.
