Graphics driver Intel(r) HD Graphics on HP 2760p Tablet PC

On my HP new 2760p will not install the new graphics driver on the site of HP drivers.

I have graphics driver Intel(r) HD Graphics version 9.17.10.2963 installed and I would like to upgrade to the latest version 15.28.13.64.2963. Have tried several times, re-downloaded the new version (sp61863.exe), but it goes half way through installation and suddenly informed me that it will now install the 9.17.10.2963 version. It also keeps appearing as this version is the driver installed. Why can't I get the 15... version to install?

I just sent you a private message. If you are unsure how to check your messages from the forum, this post has instructions.

  • HP Pavilion dm4: graphics driver Intel & AMD causing Windows Crash

    Hello.

    My laptop is

HP Pavilion dm4-3107tx Beats Edition Entertainment Notebook PC.   I tried to install the graphics drivers from this link:

    http://support.HP.com/ph-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-DM4-3100-beats-Edition-entertainment-not...

but I could not install the graphics card intel. It is said that the cell does not meet the minimum requirements of the graphics driver.

I also tried to install AMD and he did. But every time that I reboot, Windows startup crashes.

I also noticed that results for starting blocked when I recently updated my Windows, including the update for the driver intel which I have not yet installed (because I know that once I did, I do a lot of recovery and repair of the system for the umpteenth time).

And now I feel really stressed out about it because I've been formatted my laptop for the second time, and the last time it was with the release of the pilot intel. I was stuck again started back and I got really tired of him.

I really need help with that.

What I have to install ALL the drivers in the link before installing graphics drivers to ensure that graphics drivers will install?

    Hi @katrinahahaha,

    Thank you for your query.

I understand that you have a problem installing your graphics drivers.  After formatting the drive and installation of the Intel graphics driver, you have a problem starting.  Did you use the Recovery Manager to format and reinstall Windows 7?

You only need to install the driver AMD of the HP driver page because it contains the two pilots.  Please try this process:

    • Uninstall and remove two graphic drivers
    • Restart your laptop
    • Run the HP Support Assistant to help find and install the graphics drivers
    • You can also after the uninstall, remove the driver and restart, download and install just the driver AMD.

    HP Support Assistant

If this problem persists, try removing both drivers and using the Recovery Manager to install the drivers:

Computers HP - using Recovery Manager to restore the software and drivers (Windows 7)

Please let me know the results.

I have a qosmio toshiba X 875-q7380 when starting Windows 8 screen was black and never started so I decided to move to W7, the installation has functioned well until I have install the display driver intel, then the screen is black and will not start.

If I press F8 and failsafe mode works well, I would uninstall the Intel graphics HD4000 card driver and then start normally.

Is there a solution to this problem?

    Hello

    > .when from Windows 8 screen was black and never started

The Toshiba Qosmio X 875 - Q7380 has been pre-installed and configured with Win 8 OS.
The laptop should run correctly using the factory settings which means that the use of Win 8 should not be a problem.

Intel HD graphics unit is part of the CPU. I m not very well, but I guess that the issue could be due to hardware problem CPU.

Of course this is only my personal opinion, but I think that in cases where the laptop does not work using the factory settings, malfunction of the equipment is possible.

  • Google Earth crashes the driver Intel graphics accelerator on Lenovo Tablet K3011W

Hi, I bought a Lenovo K3011W Tablet to be able to check the Google Earth maps on the road. Everything works fine, only Google Earth crashes the Intel graphics accelerator driver. It's obviously a serious driver problem!

I tried different versions of Google Earth, but without success (version 7.1 last 5). Have the most recent graphics driver installed and the Win8 preinstalled. Who can help to solve this problem?

I found the solution without any help from people here... Thanks at least for reading!

The versions of Google Earth 7 and 6 DO NOT WORK on Ideapad K3011W - they CRASH the driver Intel graphics accelerator!

Version 5.2, which can easily be downloaded from the Filehippo site is the version of Google Earth work. As far as I can see, this version works perfectly and I am happy with this solution, do not need the features 3D anyway. I want to check Google Earth maps in the field. So this could be the solution for others who have experienced this quite annoying problem.

    Thanks, topic closed

  • Aspire E5 - 511G: display driver intel graphics drivers hd for windows 8 (r) is no longer

    Hi all

    I bought my Aspire E5 - 511G a few days.

    I have successfully installed Windows 7 Professional (x 64).

I installed all the drivers downloaded form the support also section successfully.

The problem is that about every 5 ~ 10 minutes, I get the following message:

"display driver intel graphics drivers hd for windows 8 (r) stopped responding and has recovered".

This message itself is not a problem. The problem is that during Skype video calls after receiving this message, I see more or my own video and video of the callee.

Not only that, restart the call does not correct the problem.

The only solution is to restart Skype, but it does not work every time.

I had a similar problem with youtube videos, but I solved the problem by setting NVIDIA as graphics processor preferred for the browser application, but I have no option for Skype.

Can someone please? It is very very annoying.

    problem

Looks like that I managed to solve the problem.

Firstly, the link you provided was worng. The appropriate driver URL is https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24329&lang=eng

As you can see it is the same driver for windows 7/8/8.1-64-bit.

Second, when I download and install it I get a message that my driver is up to date already (actuall I had other issues but that's another story)

In a Word, to install it, I did the following:

1 downloaded the zip of the "win64_153330.zip" driver version

2 extract the zip file to a folder.

    3. in the windows Device Manager, I uninstalled the graphics driver intel existing HD. So my screen stopped working (which is expected).

4 restart the laptop, windows loaded with the default VGA driver.

    5. Device Manager open, the crux of the VGA, click right and choose driver update driver.

    6. in the Update Driver Wizard I chose the location of already extracted files (step 2).

7 installing the driver successfully passed and asked windows to restart.

Now, after the reboot, I have a Skype has appealed for about 20 minutes and did not get the pilot error.

Also played some videos youtube - new error now.

    Summary:

The current version of the driver (of work) is 10.18.10.3958

The version of the driver provided by Acer's 10.18.10.3621

I'll post an update a few days more later how things happen.
