  Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. As this feature has been added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there are still some problems.

  You will have to perhaps restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).

  Then perform the following steps:

  • Click on the orange top left Firefox button, then select the 'Options' button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to tools > Options.
  • In the Firefox options window, click the Advanced tab, and then select 'General '.
  • You will find in the list of parameters, the checkbox use hardware acceleration when available . Clear this check box.
  • Now restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

  I have a need to achieve a more fine resolution of the tick labeled in my LineChart when I chose to zoom on a narrow of the chart area. It seems that JavaFX has no support to allow the labelling on the scales, only of the graduations.

  I tried to manipulate the minorTickCount property, but it has the opposite effect of what I'm looking for. For example, to increase the number of minor counties does not reduce the distance between the points of major ticks in terms of value of the axis, and I see no obvious way to actually manipulate what should be the distance between the minor graduations / major in terms of value of the axis. This seems all managed by JavaFX, which is too rigid for my taste.

  I have never tried to do something like that, but documentation of the API it seems that NumberAxis.setTickUnit (...) must realize what you need (it sets the distance, in units of the axis between the graduations main brands). You could link it to a dependent value upper and lower too, if necessary.

  Another option would be to subclass NumberAxis and override the calculateTickValues method, although it sounds like it might be difficult.

  Witht Windows Experience Index the 'weak link' is still the material with the lowest number. The only option you really increase the WEI of the link must replace this piece of hardware with a better version. In a Word, it means buy a better video card. That's fine with a PC that contains a dedicated or has a spare graphics port graphics card, but if you happen to have a PC with an integrated card (one that is permanently attached to the motherboard (as in a laptop for example and some desktop pc), then it is not so easy, or, in some cases even possible.)

  If you have a laptop, then, because of compact space, the graphics card will be integrated and you will be not Basel upgrade - well not without having to buy a new laptop. If you have a desktop computer and has integrated graphics, you'll find dedicated usually there also a spare graphics port that allows you to insert a graphics card in the slot. In this case, you can improve the IFE by simply buying a better graphics card. However, do not expect miracles, a new graphics card can increae still than the IFE by 1 point or two.

  Personally, I think that the WEI is only a tool of "sale". After all, if the seller tells you that this system has a 3 WEI, but for an extra £50 you can have the system B with a WRI to 4.3 then you, psychologically, will say "well I much prefer system B" is however, System B will be able to do more than to A system? The answer is usually no. If a machine does everything you want it to then do a low WEI would be the least of my worries. As long as the machine runs on my apps, play any video, that I want to watch without slowing down or pixellating then it is good for me.

I'm running my screen at a resolution of 1920 x 1080, but even tried lower resolutions with no joy at all.   One option is to move the Media Center window on the second monitor, and then expand the window to fill as much of the screen as possible by dragging an edge to the outside.  You can fill most of the screen that also and always use the mouse on each monitor.  The other option is to try pressing ALT + TAB to release the mouse in the Media Center window.  I think that worked in MCE2005, but currently I don't have a dual monitor set up to see if it still works.  Good luck!

  This option is stored under this registry key:

  However, it is coded to store several variables, and this direct modification is very far from a supported scenario.  You can try to install the Microsoft IntelliPoint software instead.

  Try this.go in the menus. Select cc illustrator > preferences > display selection & anchor > then make sure the box "activate the rubber band for" the pen tool is not selected. Then press OK. It should work.
