Green tint after construction. How to remove?

I'm using Encore CS5 and learn with Lynda.com essential training. After producing my first test build, the result has a greenish tint to it. My moniter's colour adjusted with Huey. The preview in Encore is the perfect color. But, when I build it turns green. Is there a setting some part that I missed?

My guess is that your calibration is good for software "color managed", but your DVD software does not use it. Not all software are color management, and this can create problems.

That is why an editor/author must test the output on various materials. During editing, we'd only critical viewing on an NTSC (or PAL) external broadcast monitor calibrated and never on the computer screen.

Good luck and happy that the color looks good on TV. Depending on how his TV is calibrated (if they still are), it's as good as it gets.

  • Dashboard houses alarms double after upgrade - how to remove a?

After our upgrade to 6.6.1 we found that we have now 2 instances of the "Alarms" Dashboard under the 'houses' list in the left pane of the vFog. I can't find a way to remove one of them because we need one. Anyone know how?

    Hi Nel,

Could you please try as below:

Click on the dashboard of the alarms 1-> open the right action-> Sub panel general tab see if you s it y an option "make this my homepage.

If so, click on "make this my homepage".

See if the options of 2nd alarms disappears from the list.

If you don't see the option 'Make my homepage' on the dashboard 1 alarms, try the 2nd dashboard alarms & follow the steps above.

Later, you go to what is your current home page.

Disconnect & reconnect (just to double check that replication has disappeared from the list of houses)

    I hope this helps!

  • Viewer photos a green overlay - how to remove it?

After a failed update of Windows, I had to do a full clean install. Fine, with the exception of the photo viewer, which shows everything with an overlay of green. Its as if someone took a bright green paint bucket and drove up on the display screen I see; It covers everything, photography, space 'empty' around the photo as well. The only thing that is not covered is when I open a menu item; the menu taking place during the Green overlay and not meet the green color.

Its imperative that I remove this overlay, as its causing another app photo have the same problem in display & working with photos. I tried auto Fix It for the photo viewer and he found no problem to fix. Is it possible to reload / reinstall Photo Viewer?

    Hello J, volunteer

Thank you for your last response, which, for some reason, shows in my opinion by email, but not in IE! Anyway, these two items have been the explanation I needed. For some reason, he did what I had to do more clear, understandable.

Anyway, I removed the default color profile and who took care of the problem - missing green overlay. Now write LG and tell them to fix their color profile!

Thanks a lot for the answer (and the second series of articles/statements).

How to remove photos from my iphone6s after their importation?

    Hello KConstant,

I understand that you're looking to remove photos from your iPhone, after you import the to your Mac. It depends largely on how the images are imported into your Mac.

If you use iCloud photo library, remove photos from your iPhone, after they have synched to the Photos on your Mac afterwards would remove these photos on your Mac as well, like iCloud photo library is designed to synchronize your iPhone with iCloud and Mac.

However, if you are importing photos via the USB port of the Photos app, you should be prompted to delete pictures from your device once the import is complete:

Once the import is complete, a message asks if you want to delete or keep the photos on your device. Click on remove items to remove photos or click on keep items to keep them on the device.

Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

You can also (it not allowed you iCloud photo library on your iPhone), you can use the image capture on your Mac app to delete images from your iPhone. This can also be useful to remove the last images that have already been imported into the Photos on your Mac. Once you have selected the images you want in the Image Capture, you can click on the prohibitive red symbol () to delete the selected items.

  • a new icon appers on tools on the toolbar after the Firefox update. It says not 'connected '. What is it? How to remove it?

After that I updated Firefox to ver.16.0.1, on the right side of the toolbar a small icon appeared! When I click this, it says no 'connected '. I tried to remove it using customize, but nothing happened, it's still there. I don't know what is it and how to remove it! Help me please! Thank you very much!

Try dragging this button in the toolbar palette.

Alternatively, you can check for problems with the file localstore.rdf.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

    • Do not click on the reset button on the start safe mode window or make changes.

How to remove programe files that remain in the registry after I uninstalled these programs?
I uninstalled Nero 8 on my system (Windows Vista Edition home premium, 64-bit dell 1737 studio system); but several Nero files are always stuck in my registry. How can I remove them without destabilizing the system? Thank you.

Yes, Nero is a software that I hate. I liked Nero until 6 version, I think, but after the Version 8 and 9, it was pathetic.

2 years ago I had uninstalled a lot of software and there were many many registry entries obsolete - when a search I found that a member of a forum on the Web recommend CCleaner.

Used from 2 years - each time without making registry backups. He never did wrong with my two PC - Windows XP SP3 and Windows 7 SP1 (previously Windows 7 RTM).

    The registry cleaner is fantastic.

In which case you can try it, here's the download link.

WARNING: Installation be sure to uncheck the installation of Google Chrome options.

CCleaner automatically prompts you to create backups of registry before she cleans up the registry. The choice is totally yours.

  • How to remove green screen CS4

    Gentlemen

    Photoshop CS4

    Windows 7 Ultimate

What is the best way to remove the green screen of a picture

I have a girl standing in front of a green screen

I didn't know how to remove the green screen, so I used the 'Quick Selection' tool

But I still see green colors through her hair

Someone guide me please, how do I remove the green screen of a picture

    Many thanks and Merry Christmas.

    Hello and Merry Christmas,

You're right, that's not so simple knock out a picture in Photoshop.

See this video from Martin Evening, how to use the quick selection tool dialog box and improve the mask. Make attention to the part "decontaminate colors". It is not a specific green screen, but it gives you information on how to pass from one medium to the other and minimize color contamination.

    Hope this helps,

    CB

    EDIT:

I'm sorry. I re-read to see that you're using CS4... I do not know "decontaminate colors" has been implemented in CS4 refine edge dialog.

    Just a few ideas...

Maybe your printer is low on ink.

Could happen if you use reloaded cartridges.

You may need to update your printer driver.

Maybe there is a problem with a color profile:
