  'Download Support Advisor' is a generic error, and we need to understand what is causing the problem. Most of the time, its a problem with the download was not successful or downloaded correctly.   We cannot help you with this problem from Adobe (which I don't really understand anyway since I have no idea what your birth year has to do with anything - and I have Photoshop and does not need this) in Microsoft Answers.

  A friend you also uses Photoshop CC or use Photoshop CC 2014.  There may be incompatibilities is a few layers if it uses CC 2014...  However, CC should be able to open. PSD file.   And files of type Adobe Photoshop Image 5 as PSD, PDD extensions should be combined with Photoshop.

  Sorry to disappoint you but Photoshop is no longer available to purchase outright, to instead rent you it for as long as you need. Research on the good side, if you were able to buy Photoshop it would cost $1000 as was the retail price of the latest version to be sold directly to customers. You can get Photoshop for $10 per month now, which is certainly better than paying $1000 for it?

  I had the same problem and it has chewed all my disk space. I have a 64-bit Windows 10 - disk 250 gig. I deleted all these files except those with current date and released the 150 gig. Much better to delete these temporary files to risking a crash operating system running out of disk space.
