  n an application, I intend to truncate and insertion on a 12 c Oracle database, but have found this problem with a IDENTITY column. Even if the INSERT... SELECT statement works on most SELECT uses I tried, if this statement was also a GROUP BY clause, it does not work, delivering a "ORA-00979: not a GROUP BY expression ' complaint. Some examples of code:

  The select statement works by itself, but it fails as an INSERT... SELECT statement.

  Looks like a bug. You must open the SR with Oracle. Meanwhile, you could materialize select:

  SQL > insert into T1 (owner_name, pet_count)
  2 with t as (select / * + materialize * / owner_name, count (*) as pet_count to the owner_name group)
  3. Select owner_name, pet_count t
  4.

  3 lines were created.

  SQL > select * from t1;

  Keep in mind index THAT MATERIALIZE is undocumented.

  My project has masters who are not used, but cannot be deleted. For the purposes of the Organization, is it possible to place these master slides in a group folder? Or hide? Or block so that developers don't accidentally applied to the slides?

  Only in white and quiz master slides can be deleted and they are used for

  very specific slides. Why not create a theme based on the current theme

  When you remove the unnecessary master slides. I'm not aware of the techniques

  I selected the mode extended tables, but for some reason any that is not allowing me to actually drag the bars. I followed this tutorial, and when it will fly over the borders he gives this (drag the icon):

  I have a bunch of slides at the end of my project that should be considered only links within other slides.

  The problem is the playback bar provide access to the entire project.

  Say that my project is 20 long slide. Only, you should be able to rub through slides 1-10. As you can take individual slides from ToC.

  The icing on the cake would be that these 'secondary' slides would have read custom bars (you can view 11-15, 16 and 17, 18-20 in a row).

  Hope that's clear, but I'm afraid that this is not possible at all.

  You can hide these slides 6-10 in the table of contents by clearing the checkboxes under the icon "eye" for these slides. This is not possible with the playback bar. You can't make two types of slides.

  No, a cursor is not a collection.

  A cursor is a pointer to a statement handle in memory. A slider has no data - the statement is executed more to generate the following lines when you retrieve the cursor. A collection is a set materialized data.

  From a functional point of view, the two bits of code are very similar. Behind the scenes, according to the version of Oracle, the approach of implicit cursor (your first statement) can be done in BULK accumulates with a LIMIT of 100 in order to limit changes in context between SQL and PL/SQL engines. In your second snippet, you get every row in the collection at the same time. Based on data volumes and usage patterns, this could potentially do very bad things as cause the database to run out of space in the PGA. That's why you would usually use a LIMIT when you make a COLLECTION in BULK (and put the COLLECTION in BULK in a LOOP).

  If we assume that the query returns a relatively small number of lines, less than 100 just for simplicity and you use 10.2 or later, the two pieces of code are identical with realism because the implicit cursor loop COLLECTION in BULK for you behind the scenes, the two pieces of code is fetching the same number of lines and using the same amount of memory. Depending on what is 'more', the second part of the code potentially could be made more effective because it could use FORALL loops, rather than FOR passers-by to do things like write the results of the manipulation of the data to the database.

• Repetition of groups nested in a single table - model RTF

  I have a little problem with RTF models. I try to use 2 recurring groups within a single table, but everything I'm not get data for the fields of the outer loop, or still getting only one record of the loop internal.
  
  It is a model of report of cash requirements. My expandable outside group is G_VENDOR and internal is G_INVOICE. I'm at the stage where I pasted the table with the G_INVOICE details in another table (with the NAME of the SELLER in the first field). This has however a drawback - it is not to repeat the name of the seller if there is more than one G_INVOICE in G_VENDOR. I don't want tables repeated for each provider, one with all the data.
  
  I had SR Oracle open, but they seem not to be very useful, makes me think it is a bug and not fixed will never be. I know that the XML flatenning would be an option, but I don't want be to redevelop all alone I need template for reports.

  Hi Piotr,

  Ideally you would be that flatten, but if you are inside the loop of invoice you can still access the fields of the outer loop by changing the form field and by prefixing with... /.

  I have the problem that I could not end the extended mode table display in

  the new cc of dreamweaver. During the CS6, it was able to display the extended table

  borders to edit tables easier. 'Cmd + F6' shortcut.

• DETACHED ON TREE TABLE MODE

  I have a problem with the mode detached on the table of the tree. In one of the page, I'll have a picture of the active tree in the Collection of panels with "Off". On the Board of the tree, I have a column 'Actions' and it has links for each record. Using these links, the user performs the operations as "allocate" and "deallocation.
  
  I assigned a resource to the table from the tree, now, the "Deallocate" operation is allowed on this particular line of the table in the tree.
  
  Now, I click on the "Detach" button, the tree table is displayed in detached Mode. When I click on the link "Delete the allocation" table of the tree, the resources allocated is released without problem, but the tree table not more balance in mode on loan.
  
  Here, every time the user allocates / frees up resources to the table from the tree, I update the table of the tree. I use the binding attribute to refresh the table tree component.
  
  Can I limit the table tree to stay detached, even after updating the component mode?
  
  Please let me know if there is no solution.

  your links perform a page refresh? Make sure that the links have their property partialSubmit set to true, as otherwise they perform a refresh of the entire page.

  You might loop through the data in the recordgroup using the builtin group, such as GET_GROUP_ROW_COUNT and GET_GROUP_CHAR_CELL, but it is not very effective. If it's just to get the same query, you can create a database view to "encapsulate" the logic in the database, and then use the view in the recordgroup and your cursor.
