I bought your desktop hp in December 2013. Before the end of the year, I tried to return it! I got HP were e-mails back and forth, with no solution to the problem. I phoned and learned recently that my warranty was exhausted, said it's only good for 6 months!  Now I plug it, sitting in the corner, to get updates and a box of pop and wants to know if I want to extend my warranty of 12 months. Who is, on the phone, to the 800 number they said the warranty was for 6 months and now this box says it's 12 months which will not be until December 14.

I won't expand anything, I WANT ONLY to RETURN it. It did not work right from the start.

Any ideas?

    There should be no problem, as long as you use a single wireless device. If you want a connection wi - fi and cellular iPad, the guarantee would be specific to the United States. A wi - fi connection must have the guarantee honoured in India. This question may be better providers allowed in India.

    end of 2014, I bought a new 13 inch Retina Display MacBook Pro mid 2014 model (A1502, EMC2875). A few months later, the graphics card has failed - no obvious reason. Apple replaced. Now, the graphics card has not yet. Still, the mac worked perfectly well (no overheating of the noise, nothing) and all of a sudden - no understandable reason or external actions, the graphics card has failed. Unfortunately, I do not have a guarantee of more. At least, I can access my documents by connecting two Macs, so I hope that the material is not affected.

    My model (1502) apparently only has a single integrated graphics processor.

    My questions:

    • After some research, I discovered that Apple used to have these problems with the 2011 edition. They have implemented a replacement program. Does anyone know sth on this subject?
    • What graphics card would you recommend? How much such a graphics card? Where could I buy a cheap?

    Of course, I don't want to reuse the same type - guess I don't have to explain how @* #&! I'm after two times the same problem within two years after the purchase of a brand new MacBook Pro...

    I would appreciate any recommendations and links!

    -As you say, your Mac model uses the graphics processor integrated in the CPU chip. So, there are ios no replacement possible. The CPU is soldered to the logic board

    -The problem with the 2011 MacBook Pro was with the discreet Nvidia, not the graphics unit integrated in the CPU graphics unit.

    The warranty of the iPhone is not and has never been international. 'Exception', if you want to call it that, is phones purchased in the EU, which is considered to be a single country for the purposes of warranty and service.

    No idea how Brexit will affect this. I've not seen or heard any statement from Apple about this yet.

    It can work in Australia, but not all bands could be supported. Guaranteed for a phone US is valid in the United States. Band support can also count on the device you purchase.

    Very interesting situation, I just bought 2x2tb P300 readers from Amazon and they were classified as "in bulk" and come in brown boxes, some comments said they would have only 1 year warranty, some have said 2, I just checked the warranty link myapps even and they show guaranteed thanks to the October 2019 which is 3 years and 3 months of the date of manufacture indicated July 2016 the purchase was from Amazon directly (seller registered as Amazon EU GmbH). Your likely came from some private rather than Amazon or other merchant?

    Recently I bought a HP Pavilion 500 - 35 d desktop PC. He is a 3 year parts and 3 year on site warranty. I was quite confused by what 2 separate dealers told me about the warranty for this type of PC.

    A dealer told me that if a customer wanted to claim guaranteed every time after the first year (2nd and 3rd year) then the customer will pay 60 ringgit each time to cover transport costs because the PC should be sent to a site of HP for repair.  Another dealer was told a completely different story. This 2nd dealer said that all charges for parts and labor (including transport/delivery) would be absorbed by HP as a customer I need to pay for repairs during the warranty period.

    My understanding of past experience is that all the costs incurred under the guarantee should be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, i.e. HP, and that the customer will not be charged for the repair.

    So, what is the position of HP on this guarantee the extent of the payment of compensation is concerned?

    You realize that you do not get a full three-year extension.

    This is true unless HP has changed its policy. It happened to me last year.

    Thus, for example, your PC comes with a one year warranty due to expire in 3 months. Buy you an extended three-year HP warranty.

    You will then see a period of warranty extended for two years and three months. Not the full three years and three months, you bought because the extended warranty runs concurrently with the guarantee of a year basis.

    In my opinion this hardware problem should be repaired by Toshiba service but this needs to be clarified by the Toshiba service provider.
