  And I just tried with PowerGui (same versions of PowerGUI and PowerCLI you use), no problem.

  Must be something local on your desktop.

  Maybe try a uninstall/reinstall of PowerGUI?

  The server logs will be present under $GRID_HOME/log/host_name followed by different-2 folder containing different newspapers of the cluster process.

  Who connect you talk too much? For each specific cluster component, you will need to go into specific folders of component and regain its newspapers.

  As:

  Grid_home, journal, host_name, crsd

  Grid_home, journal, host_name, cssd

  etc etc.

  I just installed 11.2.0.3 RAC in a RedHat 5.4 server. Not this server go to travel abroad to be installed there.
  
  My question is, when the server will be connected and running, CARS will run without problems? I think that probably need to change the vip and scan ips, is good? or simply changing VIP/scan/etc/host it works? Consider another shift?

  You must reconfigure certain settings based on your cluster. Mention it these docs that I shared.

  I'm running the free VSphere hypervisor and the vSphere Client. It seems that there are a ton of limitations in the free version. So far, I stumbled upon:

  (1) failed to move a virtual machine from one storage location to another

  (2) unable to set "Promiscuous" mode on a network adapter

  The list of documents things which should be available in the client, but did not exist (for example, the tabs together or options). For me it will be continue to occur as I continue to implement my VM.

  
  I work in a small business environment, but still have needs of which is apparently offered in some of the other products (for example. VMotion, VCenter?). But I use only two virtual machines on a single server with 1 CPU and that's all that I will probably have need for a while. Is there a way that I can know what are the technical limitations?   I have a use case where I have to expose a Web service and as a response, I send a large xml (size max would be 18 MB).

  Customer <>- ProxyService (exposed as a Web service) <>- BusinessService (File protocol) < - read - > File.xml

  Here the xml response must be stored in the "SomeName.xml" file in the directory of the same server share path.

  So when the Client calls ProxyService, inturn would call it BS, where BS inturn would have read the contents of the xml file and pass it back as a response to the customer via PS

  Challenge is here using Protocol of file I can't do BS to read the xml file, instead his writing in a new file with conent as input message.

  Can someone let me know is it possible to read a xml file using business service.

  Note: I know that the PS can read a file using the Protocol of files, but my BS need use cases to read the contents of the file.

  Any quick response is more significant.

  iSCSI traffic uses a VMkernel port, instead of using the command 'ping', use 'vmkping '.

• How to load images side when the swf file is hosted on a server without uplaoding it to the server?

  I am trying to build an online image resizing tool.
  problem I encounter are:
  
  1. create a button that allows the user to browse the file. Once the file is selected, it only shows the full path.
  2 lets say if she shows fullpath, but I try to load it into a movieclip, and this does not work because the swf file is located on the server and put the client.
  3. as far as I know, flash can only load the images located in the same server or internet.
  4. If I use php, asp, cgi... It can only make me 1 upload the image then resize later, but this is not wat I want.
  5. I need to 1 resize then download later, because if I have 100 and more photos taken of the digital camera, it's going to be very slow and cumbersome.
  
  What I tried:
  1. download 'image3.jpg' in the same directory as the "viewer.swf", and it works.
  2. not to upload the swf file to the server, but locally managed from the user's computer and open 'image3.jpg' and it works.
  3 upload the swf file to the server and open "image3.jpg" of the user's computer and the IT DOESN 'T WORK!
