Had to reinstall windows and reinstalled creative cloud, now I can use is no longer the encoder or Premiere Pro AVI files. I just get a corrupt file error, but all of my AVI files play very well, and they all worked until I reinstalled windows.

As much as I signed up for the cloud in large part having premior pro and pay for it, I wonder if there is an older version I can down from the cloud and try instead?   I am runnig windows 8 (64 bit) Intel Core i7 - 3632QM. My system is quite new and works great with any other including other Adobe products out of the cloud.

  3. are you able to play other files with Windows Media Player?

  Media Player will not be able to play video files, if there are no required codecs or video format is not supported by Media Player.

  We have fixed an issue in the cloud, so reflow creative application must be appear to install now.  In order to ensure that the list of products is updated, quit and restart Creative Cloud: cloud creative, select the gear icon at the top right and choose Exit, then restart the Adobe Creative Cloud application.

  I hope this fixes things for you!  If it doesn't, please let us know your operating system and version, as well as the steps how you feel.

  Print > save as PDF - use an excerpt (part of Mac OS X), so Adobe Reader should have no effect on that at all.

  As for the error "file corrupted", simply uninstall the Reader app will not affect it. Follow these steps:

  Mac/HD/Library/Internet Plug-ins

  

  Trash the files AdobePDFViewer.plugin and AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin

  Mac HD/Applications

  

  Trash the application Adobe Reader

  [user] / Library/Preferences

  

  Trash the com.adobe.Reader.plist file

  To access the [user] / Library, hold down the 'Option' and click on 'Go' in the FInder menu.

  Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe

  

  Trash the drive (full record)

  Empty the trash.

  Quit your browser, and then reinstall the drive.

  Run it from the Applications folder and agree to the license agreement.

  You should have no problem with Safari PDF files download.

  Unfortunately, ANY PDF file that says it is damaged.... You will need their trash.
