  Cannot open the images with version CS3 with 5 D Mark II camera, I installed Camera Raw 5.3, 5.2. 4.6 in an effort to get to read the 5 D Mark II, but CS3 does not seem to support, I ran across somewhere on the conversion to DNG and something like this, everybody has done something like this before.

  We want to stay with the CS3 version and still be able to use our new camera. Once again thanks a lot for your help.

  You indicated that you tried three different versions of camera raw.  The only version you want is ACR 4.6.  The 5.x are of no value to you.  They are only compatible with Photoshop CS4.  You must remove it from your system.  Then, you must make sure that ACR 4.6 is installed correctly.  He must go to the exact folder specified in the instructions, and it can't be anywhere else.  It's the only thing I can think to look at you.

  As I read your question again, I need to clarify.  Expect Photoshop to open automatically when the DNG Converter ends?  That will not happen.  You need to open the bridge and navigate to the folder where the DNG files were created.  Thumbnails should appear, and you should be able to work with these DNG files as raw file.
