  IAM can't put this thread in which section firewall or vpn. I want to know if we can set up the filtering of URLS with websense through the VPN. If so, how can do us the same thing and if we can do it for the two site to site and remote access? Let's take an example with websense on the ASA1 DMZ. Now, if Site 2 wants to send to all of its users to 1 Site for the URL filtering, then back it out with its (ASA1) internet (with the external interface ASA1) is it possible?

  Now I see 2 ways to apply:

  (1) URL filtering config on ASA1: with this configured and also the ASA2 configured to send all internet traffic also to ASA1, when the ASA1 sees the initial GET to a site request, it forwards the request to the time the URL-filling server and the web server. Now, when the web server responds to this request, the ASA1 will decide to drop or before it based on the response from the websense server.

  (2) URL filtering config on ASA2: once again with this configured and also the the ASA2 configured to send all internet traffic also to ASA1, when the ASA2 sees the initial GET request, it will send traffic to the server on the DMZ ASA1 more url filtering web server. Please note that this query to the websense Server package, will have a source IP address of the external interface and destination IP of the server filter URL ASA2. We must therefore ensure that the 2 following things:

  ++ the ACL on ASA2 crypto includes an entry of external interface IP of ASA2 at the DMZ IP of the websense server and vice versa on ASA1.

  ++ an exemption nat configured on the DMZ ASA1 (acl pointing to the DMZ IP of websense server to the external IP of the ASA2).

  In this case labour will be similar. When ASA2 sees the server'sw web to answer the first GET request, decide to drop ot or transmit it on the client based on the response of the websense.

  Please let me know if that clarifies things.

  Hi, which version of Essbase using? I did not use the Security Manager, but when I want to export security there is an option in the node of server called security, just as you must click and the .sec file gets exported to the folder that you specified on the Essbase server.

  Unfortunately or fortunately, we get from the entire server security, security of individual applications cannot be obtained with this method (Ver 11.1.2.1).

  Hi Andres,

  When On Track is first installed, it is configured to not be available to end users. It gives the administrator an opportunity to complete the configuration of the system (for example, the LDAP configuration) before opening it up to users. The message "The Application is closed at present" indicates that you have not yet opened the system for users. To do this, use the administration console (https://yourserver/ontrackAdmin), go to the 'Application' settings and change the "status of the request' to 'Closed' to 'open '.

  A few things

  (1) don't worry the account prefix area - this will show only upward if you use security optional accounts and you have UseAccounts = true in your config.cfg
  (2) did you change in Internet Information services to support Active Directory? (IIRC you must configure it to use IWA)
  (3) have you restarted the IIS server
  (4) don't worry too much about the role/group mapping until you can get the authentication works! When the Login MS butoon works then got to the 'My profile' page and you can see if all the attributes have been mapped to AD

• How can I create a filter to remove only "junk" from the server?

  One of my email accounts is an important customer. I manage their online customer service. Normally our protocol must always leave all messages on the server, so that one Thunderbird account, I never put delete messages on the server.

  But the account has recently started a lot of unwanted messages. Thunderbird is doing a remarkable job to those tagging and placing them in the folder junk e-mail for this account. I would like to create a filter that could remove them from the server, preferably more than "x" days old so I could monitor activity to ensure that no important messages are removed.

  I noticed that in "Filters" I can create a custom header of my choice filter, but am unable to create what I want which is:
  -After the mail is marked as junk by Thunderbird to delete messages from the server, if they are older than "X" days (my choice of 'X').
  -not to delete all messages in the server for this account

  Try:

  • Right-click the junk e-mail folder and select "Properties".
  • Click on ' retention policy tab
  • He chooses to "use my account settings."
  • Uncheck this option for other options.
  • Select: for example: delete messages more than x days.
  • Click OK to save the changes.
  • Close and then restart Thunderbird

  Solved my problem! Lines added to BatchingBYRecip in fsisys.ini using two different DALs include the DiffDate. If the FDA is not met, the DefaultBatch is used.

  I have problem when I want to use the filter on the column Code and use non-English characters. Specifically Czech characters in the windows1250 code page. With this filter, I can I see "no results". But select generated works in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
  
  I think that there is a problem with the ODBC resources or configuration BI, but I can't find the reason for this behavior.

  Can you try this in your physical layer, double click on the connection pool-> Goto Writeback tab-> check the box: type of Unicode data.
  Click OK and check after Check - in Changes.Now all run them again the control report for the issue.

  How can I manipulate the data of the mail server until it gets pulled a software such as outlook e-mail.
  For example, I want to write data of e-mail on db before it gets pulled into the e-mail program.
  
  Is there a way to define the filter as the structures that work between the email server and the DB?
  
  Of course, you can write the code with cfpop get the header etc, but what happens if I want to record all e-mail data on the database, how can I do that to save a copy of the email that is pulled in the e-mail program, if I understand well once the message is off the server so I would not be able to synchronize the db with the new messages with a kind structure of the scheduled task.
  
  Or is it really something that you can configure completely by the parameters of the mail server itself? Here again, in shared or vps of installation, you probably haven't a lot of settings to set as you may not beside Server.

  I created a folder in my outlook didn't call is not undesirable.  I put a few rules for elements that are not useless, but I don't want on my phone.  They're not going to my phone this morning.  Seems the best job around me.

• I would like to know how to prevent messages sent to be registered on the SMTP server

  Currently, my Thunderbird client saves a copy of all messages sent to the folder "sent", as expected. All sent messages are also stored on the Server SMTP (G-Mail in this case). To avoid having to delete them manually, I want to warn the outgoing message to be stored on the SMTP server in the first place. Currently, my account of Thunderbird for Copies and folders settings has a check mark next to the option 'Other' with a destination of the folder option sent in Thunderbird. I don't see any other parameters that could control how sent SMTP mail server handles. I use the POP service only with the G-Mail Server. What settings should be in place to prevent messages accumulate in the folder "sent" on the SMTP server account?

  I think I can now answer my own question! The question turns out to be a g-mail not delivered not a factor controlled by Thunderbird.

  Apparently g-mail can automatically a copy of all mail sent by SMTP service one account. It's a "feature" that cannot be disabled! A workaround seems to be to set up a filter in g-mail account settings for all mail with an address corresponding to your own email address and send the message to the trash folder. Items in the Recycle Bin are automatically deleted after 30 days. Google prevents the rule 30 days being modified by measure of security, but at least trashed messages for irrevocably removed in a month.

• Cannot turn off junk e-mail filter in Thunderbird

  I disabled the Adaptive junk mail activate in any of my accounts. I also added addresses from messages marked as spam and added to my collected addresses, I even added a filter with the addresses and their permit. NOT YET AND I have some addresses that are ALWAYS marked as spam even though I continually mark them as JUNK.

  Thunderbird has unwanted Global setting in the options.
  In the toolbar > Options > Security > junk. Beyond this undesirable treatment often occurs in three places, not only of Thunderbird

  • The mail server run by you email provider. It is sometimes something you can not choose to. For example the Yahoo junk mail filtering is not optional.
  • In the Internet Security Suites / antivirus program there is often an anti spam tool that filters spam mail
  • Junk mail filtering in Thunderbird using Bayesian learning.

  These three methods are add external programs such as those shown here

  Those three things do not work together. Usually, when we see people in this forum with questions like yours it's a two other forms of filtering which is the cause of spam. from their belief that Thunderbird is way wrong.

  Under filters for Tb shows < myid > @illinois.edu > and local folders. I place all my filters on the imap server. My strategy is to filter special categories in local folders and then to match all the (remaining) messages and send them to my local Inbox. For example, if a message contains the text 'Julie-list' in the subject line, it is moved from the server to the JULIE folder in local folders. The last operation moves all remaining messages in the Inbox.

  This system worked properly for a long time, but recently, things have gone wrong, and I don't know exactly what is happening. For example, frequently (maybe always), at least a message for JULIE file also gets copied into my box of reception and sometimes several. If duplicate messages were unique instead, I suspect a timing issue; for example, messages to see Julie-arriving after JULIE filter ended. However, the messages in the Inbox are exact copies of those already placed in the JULIE folder.

  I think that the filter "Matches all messages" was the culprit. I see now that it was superfluous, and things seem to be back to normal. Problem solved.
