Has 3.86.000 on T61 ThinkPad keyboard shortcut

Installed this version today, and the installation completed successfully. But the "Mute" button has stopped working with the new package.

Buttons 'Volume Up' and 'Volume down' has continued to work, but not the button "Mute".

I manually deleted all the features of the key shortcut and then re-installed manually previous version that I used (3.84.500). The "Mute" button returns to normal operation. Will stay with this verson, as I see nothing critical in the new package.

This on T61 Windows XP Pro

  • Where's my harvest keyboard shortcut?

Am I really stupid, or has disappeared from the C - just harvest keyboard shortcut?

I can't assign C to crop in either keyboard shortcuts menu. What gives? What other shortcuts that I lost?

OK, so apparently Adobe added a feature of tools bar tools/hide edit. Which is great.

Not sure how it got automatically activated.

For those who have the same problem, click on the... on the toolbar on the left and then uncheck "disable shortcuts for hidden extras. Or just reset the default toolbar in the same menu.

    Hi Jim,.

Yes, there is a keyboard shortcut; It's called "making out." You can find it in the keyboard, under the Application Shortcuts dialog box > sequence (or simply search for it).

Note If you have the bar enabled in your calendar preferences work area (click on the tab menu and check), the option will appear as "Make any work area." If you disable the WAB, you will see the option "Give In to Out".

  • the feel of the thinkpad keyboard...

    Hi all

I don't know about you guys, but for those who have used a previous version of as the t500 thinkpad or in my case the w700... the keyboard back then was perfect. the sound of the keys was mild and the return of the keys were equal on each key and were not "clicky". For some reason, the new thinkpad as the t510 keyboard has a different feel, and it is not for the better in my opinion. anyone else feel that these new thinkpad keyboards are different? regarding engineers, there are some design with the new thinkpad models changes in the keyboard that made them cheaper? because I think that they feel less expensive now

IIRC, the newest keyboard have been redesigned to be more silent. They felt a little mushier and little deep, but these aren't quantitative measures by an effort.

    Hi Crusix,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community and thanks for posting the question. I understand that the keyboard shortcuts cut copy / paste randomly stopped working.  Let me help you with the issue.

    1. What is the brand and model of the computer?

    2. what security software is installed?

    3. don't you make changes to the computer before the show?

    4. What is the brand and model of the keyboard?

To resolve this issue, let us try these methods:

    Method 1.

    Connect another keyboard and check.

Connect this keyboard on another computer and check the status.

    Method 2.

Try to use the on-screen keyboard on and check.

Type without using the keyboard (on-screen keyboard): http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Type-without-using-the-keyboard-On-Screen-Keyboard

    Method 3.

Run a full scan of the computer with the Microsoft Safety Scanner to make sure that the computer is virus-free.

  • What drivers should I reinstall different OSES, and where I can download for the T61 ThinkPads?

I bought just accidentally a T61 ThinkPads with Linux operating system version.  I don't use Linux, so I plan to remove Linux and install Windows XP Pro instead.  I have the Windows OS, but as I know I have to install drivers later to make the laptop works properly.

My question would be: how much and what drivers I need to reinstall the operating system that you are different and where I can download them?

Thank you very much for your help!

  • Illustrator cs6 keyboard shortcut to hide (ctrl + 3) has stopped working. Any suggestions please?

I am a user of PC running Windows 7, and for some shortcut keyboard of reason to hide (ctrl + 3 and ctrl + alt + 3) in Illustrator cs6 has stopped working. Using the drop down menu to hide and display all objects works fine. All other keyboard shortcuts seem to work. Any suggestions please?

    Hi husbands,

You may need to compare agaianst you integrated Windows 7 keyboard shortcuts, as there could be a conflict. Otherwise, I would do the following: -.

    1. go to Edition > keyboard shortcuts

    2. in the dialogue window, you will see a drop-down list labeled default Illustrator with a next button. Click on the button and create your own game.

    3. change the drop-down list labeled tools for Menu commands

4 Twril Down the Menu object and locate hide them, you'll need this spin down as

    5. click on the X with the hotkey, then with the small empty field selected, choose your own combination of keys. You can be notified that the combination is used by another shortcut, you can work around this.

    I hope this helps.

    See you soon

  • Keyboard shortcut 'Command r' has been hijacked

Command + r is used for many things, but now, whenever I enter this command in any application it just opens the Contacts application.  I have no idea what caused this problem or how to stop it. I looked under system preferences keyboard shortcuts tab, but don't see anything that could explain this.

Frustrated, I hope someone can help!

Did you try System Preferences, keyboard, shortcuts, Restore Defaults?

  • Button change in keyboard shortcuts has disappeared.

I was working on a project recently and decided to create a keyboard shortcut and it was missing the button change. So, I am not able to customize hotkeys at this stage. Very frustrating. I have at this point adapted to my keyboard several times as I am a FCP AVID cutter.

There is no button change (or more).

Just click on the shortcut itself.

  • Keyboard shortcuts work in preview, but not in. SWF (Captivate 5)

I'm working on a project where the keyboard shortcuts are the * main * how users will move on to the screen.  This is because keyboard shortcuts are the main means of

tasks in the software, I am a teacher.

Most of my keyboard shortcuts use a clickbox invisble on the screen.  It worked fine when I preview slides.  Great!  I create about 5,000 of them (OK, I've created about 30).  I've published the project. SWF.  Uh-oh.  The hotkeys DON'T WORK, you hear a beep of Windows instead.  Lesson stuck with no way to move forward.

Here is some info that might help based on what I could find in the previous questions on the shortcuts:

    -Happens in IE and Firefox

-No, there are not many clickboxes using the same hotkey on the same blade

Thanks for any help - I am facing a deadline and shortcuts correct keyboard for various actions of teaching is absolutely fundamental for my lesson!

Your problem is most likely related to the specific shortcuts that you try to use.   Some shortcuts are reserved by the web browser for its own use, and there is very little you can do close to these shortcuts away from him.  The browser always sees before strikes anything running in the browser.  So if he already has an action reserved for this combination, it will use whatever it is you wanted to do.

This question has been a rude awakening for a lot of people trying to create software simulations for browser-based delivery.

So what keys you are trying to use?

  • Keyboard shortcuts for the screen saver does not

When upgrading to Mac OS Sierra, the hotkey to put the screen in sleep mode (control - shift - (power or Media Eject button )) has stopped working. As I use this command several times a day and don't know not of any other way to put the screen in sleep mode, it's one of the few reasons why I consider really return to El Capitan.

Someone knows how to fix this?

    Hi Zwolff,

Thanks for posting in the Community Support from Apple! I understand that you are having problems with the keyboard shortcut to put your display to sleep. It is certainly a handy to use feature and I'm happy to offer some suggestions to help.

The first thing that I recommend you try safe mode connects. This will clear the caches and conduct audits at your connection. Here you can find the steps for safe mode:

Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning

I also recommend you test this in a test on your Mac user account. There may be software or a specific file of the user that generated problems with your shortcut.

How to test a question in another account on your Mac.

  • Keyboard shortcut to click on a button in a drop-down window in Thunderbird Mac?

I recently migrated to Thunderbird 3 on an older Mac OS x 10.4.11 to a whole new Mac OS x 10.9.3. The migration has been almost transparent, and I'm loving many useful features of the new Thunderbird! However...

There is ONE thing that I do all the time which is not supported by a keyboard shortcut, and I couldn't find anything in the Support forums that relates specifically to it. When I start an email and decide I want to throw it away, I hit command W (close) and get a drop-down window that can gives me the choice to save (as a draft in my case), not save and cancel. The ESC key active Cancel, of course, but none of the other buttons has a keyboard shortcut.

It's almost the only time wherever I have to grab my mouse when I use TB and I find this very frustrating. I have other applications on the Mac which can accept inside these windows keyboard shortcuts and really missing TB. Is it possible to add these shortcuts? I'd like to be able to use the D command to close an unsent message without saving changes.

Several people spoke of keyconfig, but we don't know if this works on this version of TB Mac and it is also unknown if it allows access to the buttons I want control. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you!

The add-on keyconfig is up and running here in TB 24 & 32, but to install it, you will first need to install this add-on:

    https://addons.Mozilla.org/en-us/Thunderbird/addon/CheckCompatibility/

I found the instructions to create a shortcut to save as a draft and close the window (Ctrl-S is the default key for save as draft), so that we can adapt that Don ' t Save (although Windows, Alt - N is the default key for the command of Don't Save).

You can have better luck post this question in the keyconfig forum quoted in the first link.
