  Microsoft make nor sell recovery discs, these are only available from the manufacturer of your computer, so you must check with them to see if the discs are still available.

  There are several methods to reinstall Vista.

  There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

  You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

  Hello, I own XPS 1530. I get a screen showing errors on the c drive, which can only be fixed after a restart, but they are not fixed no matter how many times I reboot. I did the command-line as administrator then SFC/scannow. at the end of the scan he says that some problems are not fixed.   32-bit to 64-bit, or 64 bit to 32 bit is done by a new installation using a full version of the operating system.

But I use the product key legally reactivate Windows Vista Home premium but I have to say that the search for the driver for this laptop has not been easy, especially the pilot Wi - Fi that I had to go
