  Create your button or link just as you would for any button or link.

  I use to work two software, your skill of QuarkXpress and Indesign. If I had to choose one, I prefer Indesign, it is very nice and I love it, but I have to work with the software.

  Well, I have a doubt about the use of Indesign method to export a page in JPG, high-resolution, because QuarkXpress do the same job, but in a different way, so my doubt is about the quality of the files produced.

  It is a very technical issue, if someone with experience in the professional press and print or an Adobe expert could answer, I would be grateful.

  I opened a document in Indesign, and I decide to export it. To simplify things, we have a unique page DIN A4 document.

  So I tell Indesign to export the pageand I want a JPG, high-resolution 300 DPI file.

  Indesign do his job very well, and produce the file exported. This is a JPG file, there are 300 dpi.

  If I open the document in Photoshopand I'm going to... Image of ... Image size...

  I see the Indesign document indicates the exact measurements of a DIN A4 210 x 297 mm and the resolution of the file, I have 300 DPI.

  Therefore seems to be that indesign has done a great job.

  Now, I explain what is happening with QuarkXpress.

  I do the same thing, I have a document to a single page, DIN A4 and I export it as JPG format at high resolution of 300 dpi.

  Well, now QuarkXpress, create the file and I open the file in Photoshop.

  Surprise.

  The file has larger than DIN A4 and a lower resolution dimensions!

  Exactly, QuarkXpress produce a jpg of the following dimensions: 874,89 x 1237,9 mm and a resolution of 72 dpi

  When I see 72 dpi, I think that the document is in low resolution. However, I have a larger document?

  I open the QuarkXpress file in Photoshop, then I uncheck resampling, in this way Photoshop will never change the image. Now, I change the value of resolution of 72 dpi, 300 dpi, which is the value I want.

  And what happens? What happens is that I get a document with measurements of a DIN A4 and also at 300 DPI.

  ???

  So basically QuarkXpress does the same work in Indesign, but in a different way.

  The file QuarkXpress are 2.29 MB more or less. The Indesign file are 3.84 MB more or less.

  So why these differences?

  Which method is the best and why Indesign produce a different file to QuarkXpresss?

  As far as I know, the ppi is not the required metadata for the images.

  So Im guessing that Quark exports jpg ppi worthless.

  But Photoshop is to assign a value of ppi when it opens an image without specified ppi value.

  This value is be 72, but it could be anything, because the pixel dimensions do not change.

• Having problems to enter the contacts on Windows Mail.

  I did nothing to my computer except have a laptop wireless set up by BestBuy.  Is it possible that they did something to Windows Mail.  I had no problems to enter the contacts prior to their visit.

• Having problems connecting to the Internet

  Hello, one and all!

  So, as of late I had problems connecting to Internet.  I can connect to the connection itself very well, although it shows as "Limited".  The thing that bothers me the most is that this problem is intermittent: some days, it appears, some days I have no problem with the connection to the Internet.
  I have tried all the following:
  -Reset the wireless network adapter
  -Contact network administrator (the link in question is a WiFi connection library; I'm the only one to have this problem, is not the connection itself)
  -Enabled Windows Update for updates and install them
  -Reset my computer
  At one point, I was getting an error message that says "Windows cannot communicate with the device or resource (primary DNS server).  I took measures to fix that (checked the option 'DNS server automatically get an address' under the screen properties V.4 IP (TCP/IPv4)), and now it's just going back to tell me that the error is with the network (which is not the case) or the wireless adapter (which I find more likely).
  I was wondering if anyone had any advice.  I have not yet checked to see if my computer can connect to the Internet via another connection, but I imagine that if it is a wireless network card problem, I have this same problem also.
  My computer is an HP laptop that I bought in January 2013, and it came with Windows 8 is installed.  I had previous problems with the Internet, but in the end, these problems have been resolved with a driver update through Windows Update.  There is no such update now, however.
  EDIT: I just tried another diagnosis with the troubleshooting tool, and it gives me the "Windows cannot communicate with the device or resource (primary DNS server)' once more.  I still have the "DNS server automatically get an address" option checked.

  This problem can occur because of corrupted network, TCP\IP drivers, or due to the damaged network card.

  Method 1:
  I suggest you to check if the problem occurs with a connection cable or not.

  Method 2:

  If the problem persists, I suggest you install the latest network driver on the manufacturer's Web site and check if it helps.

I was able to print twice at two different times, but now its not picking up my printer from the app, saying that "sorry, no compatible printer not found.   Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support.   I understand that when I try to print coupons from your iPhone your iPhone is not finding your Laserjet P1102w printer.

  To better help you, can you please give some more information:

  1. What app you try printing, HP ePrint, the HP AiO app app, or a 3rd party app?
  2. You try to print using AirPrint from the app? AirPrint require the iPhone to be connected to the same network as the printer wireless. I have included the Apple AirPrint: The Apple Mobile Device shows work is printing but the printer does not print the document in the case where the printer and the iPhone are on the same network.
  3. Other problems of wireless with the printer?  In the affirmative, please click on the operating system and follow the steps outlined in the document of the printer is not maintaining the wireless connection .
  4. What operating system are you using on your computer?

• Anyone having problems with exporting to AME CC 2014?

  Since the CC 2014 update, when I queue first CC 2014 and 2014 of the SOUL, first hanging - death every time beach ball. I need strength to quit smoking. I'm on a MacPro end of 2008, 32 GB RAM, OS 10.9.4.

  Very well. Never called Adobe. No time for that. After 3 hours of testing and troubleshooting, there is a solution. The issue is specifically the tail of CC sequences with nested sequences built in CC and try to queue from 2014 CC. It's probably a bug or compatibility issue. At anyrate, if anyone is reading this and has the same problem with queuing of SOUL CC 2014 with projects launched in previous versions of PrPro, the solution is to open a new project in 2014 CC, import the troubled project. Cut & paste the items from the troubled new sequences sequences open natively in the new project. It's a pain, but this is the solution I found. CC CC & 2014 have simply not that we would expect all completely transparent integration. DC

• anyone having problem with export to Quicktime using H.264 in PE4

  Everytime I try to export a project 720 x 640 or 1280 x 720 P4E uses Quicktime container with H.264 compression, my system hangs somewhere in the conversion process.  Everyone knows about this problem?  Can I export using the iphone preset on H.264, but I can't export 720 p with this preset AFAIK.

  I think also, I would like to be able to export to Flash Video files using H.264 but PE4 limit myself to spark Sorensen or On2 VP6.  PE7 allows to FLV to perform using H.264 compression?  Am I missing something here?

  First is that you have updated your Quicktime? Rather than export via Quicktime why doesn't not export directly to the H.264 format? Using the export MPEG option, select a preset H.264 and go to advanced and set the size of the image in 1280 x 720.

  Export so not help Flash not a lot here, I'm afraid.
