Having trouble getting a picture to hide when you click it.

Hello

I have an image where I need to each of these text box/arrow to remove once clicked (see table). I've converted every image should be deleted to a clip and use the code below:

Image1. addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, hideImages)

function hideImages(e:MouseEvent):void {}

e.Target.Visible = false;

}

After clicking, I want that they be gone for good after releasing the mouse. I apply these two lines for the remaining images. It work well.

Image2. addEventListener (MouseEvent.MOUSE_OVER, hideImages) / / the mouse on the event

Image2. addEventListener (MouseEvent.MOUSE_OUT, hideImages) / / to the event mouse

I am getting this compilation error:

Scene = scene 1, layer = event, image = 1, line 1Statement must appear in the onClipEvent/Manager
