  Able to understand this one. My video folder is in my V:\ drive (reasons of space). He has been moved correctly (using the location on the video folder tab in my profile). However, it is proposed on the Z:\ drive which was later renamed the V:\ reader in my storage pool. I don't have no "move" this special on the drive V:\ folder when it was renamed so whenever I tried to download a video in the video Xbox application trying to download on the nonexistent Z:\ drive.   The laptop must have been restored by default or clean installed by you the small business in question.  You need to get rid of everything that your husband (and any that he let him use) could have fact/put on and start from scratch.
   
  The Samsung laptop probably has a recovery/restore method (provided by the manufacturer) to do.

  Of course, this assumes that the laptop was not altered by someone in a way that would have broken a process like that.  If it has been changed in a way that breaks this process, you can call Samsung to try to get (possibly at a low cost) recovery/restore media to use to restore the system to its default state factory before continuing (for best results in your step with the old laptop again.)

  Unlike almost all other Adobe applications, there is no option of deactivate for former Lightroom products - they were not that way so just go and install it on another machine and use the serial number, you have for her.
