• problem of adjustment of height of the rows in the tables in CS6

  I read all the debates devoted to setting the height of the rows in the tables and I can't find the answer to my problem.

  I placed a table that was created in Word.  I've done several times, but now I can not adjust the heights of less than 5mm line without losing the text in the line.  I went up to line on "exactly".  As soon as I try to reduce the height of the text disappears, but there is plenty of space above and below the text.   Hoping someone can help.

  I have an interactive report with lots of data in certain cells. The height of the heights of lines varies, so that all data is visible in the cells.
  I want to correct or to limit the row height to a specific value, so that all lines are displayed with the same height.

  I have been involved in similar questions in the past. My first reaction is simple: these data must be included in the report? The offending column can be removed from the primary report? They will always be visible in the display of the row and the detail view when it exists.

  The second option is to create a detailed view of the report with a structure that is better suited to the data concerned and make it the default view. (For an example, see the treatment of the PRODUCT_DESCRIPTION column in the detail view of the report in the sample database Application: click the show details on the product page.)

  The third possibility is some sort of customization of the presentation of the data. It will be using a combination of HTML/CSS/dynamic of the Actions/Plug-ins/JavaScript that you may not be familiar with: do you have any experience of these? To go this route, you must describe in detail how you want to present data, or what behavior is required when the data is too long and share a sample of the report on the apex.oracle.com we can work with.

• How could I possible get the row height of the tableview.

  I need to know the line height or the height of the cell in a tableview. I have searched the forum and google, lifted the api again and again. It seems there are no way to get the height of a line. It made me very frustrated. Sort of, I hope there is a way and you happen to know, please help me.

  There are of course. You must get an instance of the Tablerow in question, so it depends on where you try to get one in your code... You try to get one that currently has the focus? the selected? Or another in particular?

  Inside my own custom tablecell - I get (and link) the height of tablerow associated (another component) in the updateItem method. Use

  TableRow tr = this.getTableRow()
  tr.getHeight();
  

  to get it back...

  Note: You can always "walk" the scene graph seeking to retrieve an instance of the TableRow. Or take all the TableRow in existence, to say, adjust the height of the TableRow.

  Not sure if that helps... Otherwise, you can post your code and mark that it contains a comment in the box your trying to get an instance of the Tablerow.

• How to unlock a row height of the table?

  I use the same table (40 lines, 20 columns) in a quarterly publication for at least 5 years. While I need not change it very often, I never had a problem in the past. I just upgraded to CS6, and now I can't change most of the height of the rows to be more than 0.2 ".  There are three lines which are greater than. 2 "and I still can resize them. But the 37 other lines can only be reduced in height, has not increased. I tried the height adjustment to the words 'at least' instead of 'Exactly', without effect. I checked all my settings options of the Table and can't find anything to change.  I use dozens of tables in this publication and has no problem resizing of rows or columns in the rest of them. Any idea what's going on here? All I did to lock this particular table, of course, I won't have to accidentally do to all the others. Thanks in advance!

  Click on the "Table" then "cell Options" menu choose "the rows and columns" and in the white box next to the word ' Maximum: "type a value greater or increase the value of arrows up and down. It's you if you want to type a maximum value that you do not want to exceed or type a very high value such as 20 "so that you can resize freely.

  You mean increase the size of the canvas downstairs? Workspace means something else in Photoshop.

  Try canvas size in the Image menu. Where he says anchor, click the arrow in the top middle of the page and type the new size. Make sure that all other options are as you want.

  You need to use DOM Inspector to get the id of a toolbar.

  You can consider using code like this in the file userChrome.css below default @namespace.

  is to add more than three columns and see the original formulas that I posted in the other direction... like this:

  I was using a theme that has increased the height of the tabs. Unfortunately, the theme was in conflict with the menu tab setting using the TabMixPlus extension. I'm stuck with the theme by default or others who do not increase the size of the tab. I tried a variety of codes in userChrome.css nothing helps. I am currently using the default theme with Firefox 20.0.1 (a Linux operating system).

  The term "strike" can have multiple interpretations.

  1. As a checkbox clickable?
  2. With diagonal lines, which intersect?
  3. With vertical lines or horizontal hash?
  4. With table cell fill of a model image pre-built?
  5. With gray scale or the fill color, without content, to suggest the use of cell?

  Pages, you didn't say what version, so I'll use v5.6.2, does not provide the points 1, 2 and 3 for the cells in a table.

• New lines are not included in the formula of TOTAL in the footer cells

  I have a table in which I put a SUM formula in the line of the footer for a total of the column over a series of columns.

  It was that I could drag the icon '=' under the table to add additional lines and the formula of the SUM comes automatically adjusted to include the additional lines added.  Now, so that the total cell of the column to include values in other lines, I have to individually edit the formulas and drag to include the new lines in each formula of TOTAL.

  What on earth did I screw up?  I googled this 1 million ways and keep only to find the instructions to find out how he set up to begin with... but clearly I did something wrong.
