height to the ratio between the width of the images

The report of the height and the width of the images on the screen has changed, i.e. the circles are more oval than round.  Is there a default setting or adjustment that can be done?

Hello

There are a few things you can try:

Change the resolution of the screen;

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/change-screen-resolution

If that fixed it, go to the website of your computer manufacturer > drivers download Section > then key in your computer model number > find your operating system > find two graphics / video or from the Chipset drivers and download and install.

Then try to change the screen resolution.

Or do a system restore to before that happened.

    Insert, change and manipulate images in your website using Dreamweaver

    I thought that it maintains the width-height ratio when it is locked. But it does not work.

    sulfateion wrote:

    I tried several times, but the lock seems does not work. When the image is inserted, lock the padlock. Then I can always arbitrarily change the proportions with the mouse by dragging the lower right of the image. Then the lock turned out be unlocked.

    Everything works exactly as expected. The lock maintains the aspect ratio only when you change the width or height value in the property inspector. It has no effect when you resize an image by dragging with the mouse. The padlock will appear unlocked as a Visual indicator that the aspect ratio has been broken.

    Hold down the SHIFT key when you drag an image to resize has always maintained the aspect ratio.

  • Export of work plans add 1 pixel at the height of the Image

    Hello

    When I export a single or multiple art boards in JPG or PNG... it adds just 1 pixel up to the first image of the artboard.

    So, let's say I have 3 art-boards that are 300 x 300 px.

    I export it using Art Optimized, RGB, 72 DPI as a JPG/PNG

    Only the 1st image (imagename - 01.jpg) is 300 x 301 pixels...

    Adding only 1 pixel in height.

    Maybe does not seem a big deal to some, but when I use these images in a slideshow on a Web site, you can see the slideshow to adjust the height.

    It's boring say the least, I have to go and manually resize the image to 300 pixels high.

    In addition, no matter if there is no work or not work plans.

    Is this a bug?

    fwhilton,

    You can have a look at the values Y of your first work plan.

    It may extend between non-integer values Y.

    If this is the case, the remedy is to reposition the work plan to be included in the values of Y integer/integer.

    Hello

    I have two problems:

    First of all:

    Y at - it an option to get the width and height of the image to use for calculations or set a return on investment for the right settings?

    Second (more complicated):

    I have used Labview 8.5 custom interface (see the interface.jpg attachment).

    I am trying to get the return on investment of the Interface and use it in my app Builder of Vision, but I don't see the return on investment or its size or position or something...

    Is it possible to get this information from the Interface?

    Information:

    I use Vision Builder 2009 SP1, LabVIEW 8.5

    Thanks for your replies!

    Hello

    I missed that when I tested it... the display image control must have been larger than the size of the image and the property node returned the value that I expected.

    A restriction of the VI to Interface custom that you create in LabVIEW, is that it cannot have any dependencies (call any subgroup screws), other than the methods and the nodes property of the objects you put on. Therefore, I can't just call IMAQ GetImageSize her. So it does not seem possible at this point for the VI of custom Interface return the size of the image.

    The solution, at this stage, to get the size of the image of the Interior Vision Builder AI, is to use a step in LabVIEW Run, calling a simple VI that takes an image as input, called IMAQ GetImageSize and return res X and Y.

    Note that for purposes of distribution, when you call a VI using a LabVIEW execution step, you must save it as a source distribution in a Bachelor's degree in LAW and you must redistribute this llb with your inspection. See using setup step run LabVIEW for more details.

    Sorry there is no better way to do this now.

  • Dimensions of the image in CSS or HTML; or a little of both?

    I ask this because I have a site with several pages with small images that illustrate the text is floated to the left or to the right.  I want each image to the same width, but not the same height.  I want to use the CSS even or insofar as possible, with each left or each image on the right.

    I usually try not to declare the width in the HTML, but put it in the CSS.  Y at - there much difference?

    A compromise might be to declare the width in CSS and height in the HTML code.  That seems OK, but I just want to check if there is a good way to achieve what I'm after.

    Thank you

    The pictures on the left are in a

    and the law in their own so that I can have one rule to the left or right with the float, but I have different rules to cover the height of the image.

    So I can take the width of the image in the HTML code and which cover in my CSS.  I had always assumed that the best way to go was to keep your HTML code as light as possible.  If I cover the width of the image in these two rules, I have either:

    (1) write a rule for each image cover the unique height and put an id on each image in the HTML code

    (2) return all statements of height/width in the HTML

    (3) put the width in CSS and height in the HTML code

    Or go drink a glass of red wine!

    Martin

    Hmm... for me, I would like to always the width and height in the html code. I think you can become a little obsessive, trying to keep the HTML as light as possible. Also if I need to change the width/height of the image at any time its easier in the HTML to go look in the css rules.

  • Why is code to get the center of the image does not?

    Hey there. I'm trying to set up the center of the imags that load so that I can put them in the center of the stage. I do this each image is a different size.

    Here is the code that I learned to work before, but its doesn't now and I've been searching for what I've done wrong with no luck. : (

    Would watch you over and maybe you'll see what I'm doing wrong?

    public function placePicture(e:Event = null):void {
         rawImage = imageData.image[imgNum].imageURL;
         lastImageIndex = imageData.*.length() - 1;

         imageLoader = new Loader;
         imageHolder = new Sprite;
         imageLoader.load(new URLRequest(rawImage));

         imageLoader.x -= imageLoader.width/2; //this should set the image to the center no?
         imageLoader.y -= imageLoader.height/2;
         imageHolder.x = 640; //this is the center of the stage
         imageHolder.y = 100;
         imageHolder.addChild(imageLoader);
         masterHolder.addChild(imageHolder);
    }

    The result when I publish is the image comes on stage, but the upper left corner goes to 640 instead of the center of the image to 640.

    I tried several variations of this all with the same result:

    imageLoader.x = - 1 * imageLoader.width / 2;

    I tried to use setRegistrationPoint with the following tutorial: http://flashscript.ca/set-registration-as3.php

    and I tried to do all this by inserting the charger in a sprite and then in applying the code to the sprite and then adding only another sprite sprite and put to 640 and inserting is not in another sprite and trying to right set up the existing 640 sprite (I hope that all the senses). And I tried to put width/3 and nothing else happens.

    If you have other ideas or you can see what I am doing wrong I would be really gratefull for some tips! : )

    Thanks for any help!

    Oh, and I'm getting no errors on it.

    width and height of the image are not available until the loading is complete.  That is to say, use a Headphone/Earphone full function.

  • Force the Image to fill the screen when the user resizes the window

    I use flex and actionscript to create a site of photographer and I want the bottom to display an image that completely covers the bottom without distortion.  I tried just an image tag and characterized by the width and height to 100%, but the problem comes when the screen looks wider than the photo.  Thus, the height is reduced to 100% and the width is something less.  I would have rather it evolve according to what is most important, that is, if the window is too wide, the photo with a width of 100% on the scale and let the excess off the screen.  In this way, the photo is still cover the screen and there is no background color of distractrating showing.

    I was counting on the use of actionscript to indicate the width and height of the image so that I can compare it to the height and width of the window, but it seems that you can not get the dimensions of the photo.  I use application.width and application.height, but I need a way to compare it to the photo.  Also, is there an eventlistener that I should use to monitor when the user resizes the window or image resizing will be done automatically?

    Thanks for your comments,

    Tim

    The application container inherit "resize" event of UIComponent.

    Application.application.Width will give you the size of the application in the browser window.

    Thus,.

    function myResizer() {}

    img1. Width = Application.application.width;

    }

  • How to display the size of the Image in Pixels and not in inches

    I use Photoshop CS3, which I am still learning to use.  I want to see the open image in pixels (W X H) dimension in the image window/workspace.

    At the present time, when I open a file it displays the file size of documents at the bottom of the workspace (sorry, I don't know the right terminology).  By selecting the arrow next to it currently shows, I can then select Show > size of the Document.  However, it still gives dimensions of width and height of the image in inches.  But, I want, is to see these dimensions in pixels.

    How can I get the dimensions of the document to view in pixels and not in inches?  Thanks in advance.

    You can be in the wrong forum if it's a matter of Photoshop, but you can go to preferences in Photoshop to define how things are displayed (Edit-> preferences-> units & rulers)
