  Surely you can open back fullscreen program in windows 7. To do this, please follow the steps below.

  1. Click Start on the desktop, in the Find box type cmd.

  2. Open command prompt.

  3. right click on command prompt on the taskbar, and select Properties.

  4. choose full screen under display options, or give the custom window size in the Layout tab.

  To clarify, you try to install the game when that happens, or you try to run it?

  I'm editing a film, but I've been putting each scene together individually. I have a different file for each scene, and sometimes even small parts of a scene have been published in a separate file. It was hard to even this word correctly, so I couldn't just look for an answer.

  My original idea was to export all the separate scenes and then put those video files in a project, but that has not worked. The size of the video that is too small. It only took half of the preview screen. Again, it is difficult to really explain what I mean, since I don't know the technical term for it. After this does not work, I tried to copy each clip from one file to another, but I wasn't expecting it to work. There can be no.

  However, I tried your suggestion and, guess what, IT WORKED!

  I am so happy.  Thanks for your help. Something so simple but if you don't know what to try then it can be so frustrating.

  Incidentally (and this is not a complaint) by clicking on desktop icons now open full-screen windows, which suits me very well, but when I hit the screen button "reduced" on a window then all windows to open in reduced format, but ALL are EVEN smaller.  I'll play a little more but thanks again.   Windows, then closing, checks all open programs. If there is, it sends a request for the program to close and wait until the program closes safely, to avoid any loss of data. But, Windows is waiting for some specified
  If you are sure that none of the programs are obviously open, you can try the following steps:
  Press Windows key + r, Type regedit and pres enter. If UAC prompts, click Yes. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-> expand System-> expand CurrentControlSet-> click on command (exapnd no do this). When you click (or select) control, you can see WaitToKillServiceTimeout. Double-click it to change the value. Set the value to 500 or less than that. Click Ok, and then close the registry editor. Now, restart the PC. If the problem persists, stop and try again and check.
  Be careful with registry access as incorrect values or remove the unknown keys can prevent Windows to start and it will fix it.
  Response if the issue is not resolved.
