My school had links in the software section. My PC is sick and I ended up having to disable my software and reinstall my OS. I went back to my school website to download the software, but they changed it to the creative Cloud service instead. I thought that I "registered" software, but it is not under my Adobe ID I still have my product keys, but I can not simply to find a link to reinstall the software of my Design & Web and Production Premium. I "paid" for it and I'm NOT buying it again. Please help me.

Just a random adobe employee, but it is probably best to sign up today for the service and then just wait for happen to install and download the software from the computer. Trying to get the discount retroactively applied sounds quite a bit more difficult, and you can set the account from any computer without installing anything.

I have a full account, but I can't get access to the trial version of CC 2015.
Could someone help me with this one? I had a full membership for over 2 years now and have never had any problem with upgrading my CC (primarily Ai Ps and Id) programs, but since CC 2014 came out I seem to only have 30 days access to trial versions of these. This also applies to 2015 for CC. I'm still in the pre CC2014 versions of these programs without a hitch, so I don't think that my subscription is the question. Anyone has this problem. I am also desperately looking for a phone number for Adobe in Australia, but can't seem to find one anywhere on the site.

2 days ago, I formatted my Mac. Now, I'm trying to reinstall my Creative Suite. I downloaded the program from the adobe website, because I couldn't find any DVD. But program doesn't accept my serial number, it does not.
I'm not sure of the Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium, but it is written on my registered Adobe account, so also the serial number

Put your computer in a clean boot State and then run "fixit" and check if the problem persists.
Step 2:
Check if the Windows Firewall service are started and set to automatic.
a. Click Start, click Run anf type "Service.msc".
b. Select Windows Firewall Services and check the status.

I have no idea what happened, but suddenly, unable to connect to the Internet (worked in the morning, did not work after a reboot in the afternoon.)
I have a wireless router for the rest of the House, but my main PC is wired directly.
When I launch my browser (Firefox, Chrome, IE, no matter) and try to go back a page, I get "DNS does not ' after a long break.
Other computers connect via WiFi very well, like Linux on the same PC (which I use this type). So it is clearly NOT a hardware problem.
.Windows, I can access my router, and the router can ping (easily) 'www.microsoft.com' without problem, but if I try to 'ping www.microsoft.com' from the command line, I get nothing.
I tried to do a restore of the system since the day before, but that didn't fix it. Then I did a full restore of my drive C: from a backup made the day before, and who has not set it is that everything must have reset back when he worked last. (???)
So I'm puzzled. I prefer not to do a "repair Windows" of the DVD because it resets everything and creates a real mess. And if a full restore of backup does not work, a repair will probably not be.
I have scanned for viruses and found nothing, but this does not necessarily mean something. I also tried to boot in ' Safe Mode with networking ' and WHO doesn't either. (???)
