Hello, I'm having a problem with the purchase of the student creative cloud for photoshop and illustrator.
What happens is that at the end after we insert all the necessary information, there is this step, asking you to confirm the order, once I click the button something appears on the screen saying not to reaload the page, then it disappears and it goes back to the stage as if I didn't click the button! can someone help me please?

PS CC is only one version, that was the long version. The 'Standard' version is no longer supported.

Original title: screen resolution problems.
Since the last series of Windows 8.1 update the resolution of my monitors has been changed for the worse. I use an AOC 2367 M (resolution 1920 x 1080) as my first monitor and a 42 inch Sony Bravia (resolution 1920 x 1080) as my 2nd monitor. The changes are more noticeable on the Sony Bravia and any adjustment I make to the resolution only make worse it.
I also have problems with some software clouds as I load using citrix and when I try and navigate once opened software, I can't because the pointer selects a point about 50 mm on the side of the where he is hovering. In fact it is very difficult to open and close as anything and I resorted to the laptop to get concrete results.
Photoshop now also comes up with a message when I open it up to inform me that the monitor profile seems to be defective.

I'm having a problem with the photos on some pages partially to duplicate completely other tiles nearby. Only occurs with Firefox. The thumbnails are refreshed when I move the cursor over them, but again distort when you scroll the page. I have a few images, but cannot up-load them on this page of support for some reason any. I'm having a problem with the FireFox browser. I have attached two files that describe the problem. I have marked their A & B. A is how it should look like and B what happens once I have, I opened several tabs. I can get it back to normal if I click VIEW, click Customize. When the window customize appears that Firefox returns to its normal state. I have to click on the done button and go back to what I did. I tried to reset FireFox back to the default settings, but that has not fixed the problem.
It started happening a month. Is there a way I can fix this? Thanks for your help. I don't know how to fix my 2 attachments that shows the problem I'm having.
