Hello. I ordered adobe cc, confirmation of payment is received, but now it says I do not have a subscription?
I checked under subscriptions and can not see it all and can't use anything other than the trial version. Help, please.

I have a laptop hp620 and so far I had no problems with... but in the last few weeks wi button turn off all by itself... and I can not activate back.the button it doenst work and when I click on connect for having said that is not connected and solve problems is that WiFi is off... can someone tell me how can I turn on? the lapt, it doesn't have an external button... its have only a spot above the bar of tasks... and when I press it apear the blotooth but the rest of the wi doenst work... Try a hard reset as follows.
Stop the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and remove the battery then press and hold the power button for a minute. Then, reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter and see if that helps the issue.

System Restore will not work

1. did you of recent changes on the computer?
2. do you have security software installed on the computer?
3. you receive an error message when running the system restore?
I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state, and then try to clean boot.
It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.
To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Reset the computer to start as usual

1. are you able to install/download other programs without any problem?
2. did you of recent changes on the system?
3. you receive the error message when download or install Flash player?
If you run the installation files, you can try using administrator privileges and check if that helps:
Right click on the program installation files and then click run as administrator.

When I login on adobe.com, it says I have a valid subscription. However, Creative said cloud I only versions available test and when I try to license it says I do not have a valid subscription under the same email that I log in.

The subscription I have is the one year plan adobe photoshop, that is not the plan of the student. I am currently a student at the University of Texas, so I was hoping to go to the student with all the adobe products plan. I don't know if I need to cancel my subscription or if there is another option.
As far as I know, a Userid may not have two subscriptions... cancel one you have (contact Adobe or you will be charged a cancellation fee) and buy a new subscription
