There is nothing to download with a subscription ExportPDF. You just need to connect to https://cloud.acrobat.com/export with your Adobe ID (email address) and password. You can also access the service via Adobe Reader, if you wish. If you don't have a reader, you can download it from http://adobe.com/products/reader.html.

I subscribed just for Adobe ExportPDF. I have a 7 Meg file I tried to convert to Word, but export failed for the file is too big or too complex. I really only need a few pages of this file converted, but I can not understand how to do this. If I have to print these pages and scan them into my computer in PDF, I might as well use one of the free services on the internet and save me the cost of the service from Adobe.

There is a limitation of file size of 100 MB to convert a file to the service to export it in PDF format.
But you can do with Adobe Acrobat.

Follow the steps:
Document > Pages > extract
Specify the pages to extract
Press OK
You have specified the pages will be displayed in a new document
You can save it under a new file name

How, I've used this forum because I wanted to cancel the renovation of this subscription and I was told that it was already cancelled so I didn't need to worry about this. Well, I received an email stating that my subscription has been renovated again and I was charged of €24.54 this morning.
