My Creative cloud subscribe does not refresh. I had students sign up, but a few days ago it stopped because there is no money on my card to prolongate it. Today, I sent student anouther subscribe with anouther card, I saw that the money went to "adobe", but subscription is not activated yet. I can't work, what can I do? Thank you.
