  You can either use the disc to install the Creative Suite on the laptop or download the software from our site.

  Then you can activate the software by using the serial number that has been purchased.

  and activate it with your serial number.

  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

  I need to re - install all program files.  None of this has been a problem up to Creative Suite.

  I'm going to my ACCT download. the installer and I get an error.
