  If it is in hibernation, chane button close and cover for sleep.

  Hibernation can cause big problems.

  Please make sure that you are connected to creative cloud with your ID (which has got subscription) correct Adobe and I suggest you to check: cannot launch Adobe Creative Cloud app test to check the permissions on the required folder and try to reinstall the applications.
