Hello, would really help

I am running Adobe Creative cloud and I have Dreamweaver CC 2015 and I'm trying to get my site to GoDaddy! I created the Web site using a template and I can't do on the web. I got to the point where he checked my hosting program was good and it was, but when I typed in my URL, my site is still not up?

It is usually a matter of a root server missing in your site definition.

Go to Site > Manage Sites > click on the site you're working on > edit > servers > click on the remote server > change

Make sure that the root directory correctly filled for your hosting package. Usually, GD is public_html but can be other things. You get this info from their share directly if you are missing it.

A second question that it "might" be a duplicate root folder. This folder (public_html or any other root directory) should NOT appear in your Dreamweaver files when you view your local files. When you upload to the server, you move only the content of the root of your local (whatever you call it) to the root of the server (GD you said it is). If you see public_html in your local files, this means that your site is available at www.yoursite.com/public_html (downloaded in a folder root duplicate). You can move files from this folder in the files and DW window all your links will update which allows you to remove duplicate empty folder.
