• First and after effects no longer work after upgrading graphics card

  Heres so my problem. A week ago my gtx 295 is dead. Then, I got a new gtx 780 and new ram. After installing my new card and install the latest drivers and Prime Minister after crash cs6 effects on the start screen. What of weird is that these are the only programs that crash. After that effects cs4 works fine with all my stuff of maya. I reinstalled the Prime Minister and it still crashes for some reason any.

  I have vista ultimate 64 bit with production on cs6. I have a few plugins on sequels, including optical flares of trapcode suite amd.

  Any tips?

  The restore worked strangely. Do not know why. Maybe it has something to do with the way in which these two programs are the only ones where I use the two moniters.

  I work in the after effects CC. I added a light to my scene and she turns just all my black 3d layers. I am a very experienced user of AE. I worked with front lights.   The problem is the RADIUS and distance of withdrawal.   Although this is probably a common theme, I searched everywhere for an answer to this new problem I encounter and I had no chance.

  Recently, out of the blue, when I try to import more large (100 + MB) sequelae of videos quicktime in the program stops responding and it gives me an error message.  Short videos of 2 MB import without problem but I can't even drag a great video in the model without him close on me.  I imported 400 photos of the RPF in the order which was 1 GB and it has worked but videos simply stop it.  I tried the following:

  -setting of my OpenGL settings.

  -remove my gl plugin

  -setting of my texture memory

  -reset to default preferences

  -served my memory of image and video

  -deleted all caches

  -re-installed quicktime and made sure it was the correct version

  -re-installed after effects (cs5.5) 10.5.5.253 version

  -reduced resolution

  -sworn high and strong and exclaimed uncontrolably

  I used this video several times in the past without problem, it seems to me that all of a sudden, the video is taken too big, the program stops.

  Grapics card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 (4064 MB of ram)

  I checked the graphics card and I am running the most up-to-date version.

  Well, I would back up all your data first, if you have not already. You should do this all along anyway. (Do not forget things like Photoshop, animation preset, brushes etc. in your Adobe files).

  Well, before go us crazy, I do googled around for instructions on how to completely remove K-Lite.

  If you follow that and it's a waste, the second thing I'd do is to uninstall all of your Adobe software.

  Then run that adobe CS Cleaner offers on its site.

  Uninstall Quicktime.

  Download and install a new version of Quicktime 7 (NOT on Quicktime X).

  And then reinstall your Creative Suite software.

  If, after these steps, it still does not work, then you have to go nuclear.

  The first step is to backup all your data. Documents, policies, project files, libraries of stock footage, music, preset animations, project templates, etc. Everything you added to the computer (with the exception of programs).

  Your computer is supplied either with disks of recovery or the ability to create. File records if you have not already.

  Put them in and reboot the machine. It should give you an option to erase and install a version of Windows. You will then need to reinstall your programs (NOT k - lite) and put all your files on the machine.

  The help on most of the Programs tab includes links to online support. It often has a link to the homepage of the software. All of a sudden these links no longer work. This seems to be true for all of my installed programs.

As long as user, I get the "help and support" and then search engine whatever it either in the search box returns with '0 results for the WORD '.   The failure appears to be in the FLV QuickTime component, which is a FLV to QuickTime as Adobe Flash exporter (or older versions of Macromedia) installs in your [home folder] / Library/QuickTime.  After Effects loads such matter which component that QuickTime is available (they appear in the file > export menu).

  First of all, try to remove the com.macromedia.FLVExporter in your folder [user name] / Library/Preferences, if it is present.  Otherwise, remove the FLV QuickTime component, I described above.

  It is also theoretically possible that the failure is to the next component in the folder of QuickTime, not the FLV component components.  You might could just remove all of the contents of this file and see what happens.
