  I finally solved the problem by changing the concept overall, in order to make the video play and advance the film frame by frame, I made the full movie in individual images using quicktime, once having the movie in individual images I was controlling as a simple slide show, recess :))

  All of a sudden I can't swipe to move forward or backward when Im watching a video with my 4th gen Apple tv and remote control. I can still drag to navigate through the menus without problem. I can not just swipe to move forward or backwards when you look at a film/youtube video/netflix.

  I have a folder of photos that I opened to see several thumbnails. I can left click on a picture and it will open full screen. Then I left click on this image and the next should show but nothing happens. I can use the keyboard arrows to move to the next photo, but I can't use the mouse. The left click works for everything I use it for. I've used regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll and he said DllRegisterServer and DllInstall in shimgvw.dll succeeded. This does not solve the problem. This isn't a big deal, it just bugs _ on me because I'm a perfectionist. Thank you for your response and any other help would be appreciated.

• When you place an object in InDesign, I can't move forward

  I am trying to place an eps file in a rectangle frame and when I do leather in the back. The option to move forward is not accessible (it is grayed out). • Canvas of HTML, Javascript, coding for movement forward/backward a frame w / buttons?

  Hi everyone, I am super new Flash/Animate and know very very little about AS2 and AS3 (or any other coding besides language)

  I am trying to build a simple "module" to animate, somewhat like a PowerPoint where you can move the slide to the slide (or image in image) with help of the arrow keys. In the previous "modules" I built using AS2, I did this through the creation of buttons and their assignment of code that was something like -

  and

  prevFrame();

  }

  and it was super easy.

  However, now I'm working with canvas of HTML, because I need the modules to work on mobile devices, so I will try to write code in JavaScript.

  I managed to achieve a code (after long hours searching through forums) which kind of accomplished what I try to do, but after the move an image forward my 'next' button stops working. The "previous" button works, but I can only test it after I went from an image in advance.

  So here's my setup.

  I have created a form that I've then nestled inside a movieclip and button I up this movieclip on the stage to create my buttons. I gave only one instance of the name of "prevBtn" and the other the name of the instance "nextBtn.

  The layers are simply a background layer, my navigation layer (where the buttons) the image only key on my nav layer is the first image, then the buttons remain the same with the same instance for remaining executives names, a text layer (where I wrote a text on each image to say if she moves forward and backward) and a framework of actions.

  On a frame of my layer actions, I put the following code.

  You define frameNumber outside the service. So, you set the frameNumber only once, and so it won't give you the same number, chassis number following if ever this code exists. You have really no need create this variable for what you want to do. This should do what you want:

• Stop the slide to move forward unless the user clicks on the button

  I'm working on a project where the user must click a next button to move to the next slide. The problem I have is that after I publish the project, the user can click anywhere in the project to move forward. They can click on an empty space at random and it will go to the next slide.

  Is anyway to prevent this?

  I'm working on a project for InDesign that has out of DPS.

  I take screenshot movies that are saved to the default mov format. These movies are 700 px x 400 px. This cannot be changed.

  I need to convert the mov to an mp4.

  I got SOUL but I'm confused as to how to set the output settings.

  I don't want to change the dimensions.

  What setting will convert the mov to mp4 without changing the dimensions?

  MPEG4 is one of the formats that has relationships between parameters called constraints. Specifically, the image dimensions and speed are limited by the profile and level. Here are the steps to set the dimensions of your choice:

  1. Open the export for a job settings dialog box
  2. Play in MPEG4 format
  3. Click on the video tab
  4. For Advanced Simple profile
  5. Game from level to level 5
  6. To the right of the width of the frame and the height of the frame, click on the chain link icon to dissociate the width and height
  7. Set the width 700
  8. Fixed height 400
  9. (optional) Change other settings such as Frame Rate and Bitrate as you wish.
  10. (optional, but strongly recommended for future practical reasons) click the button Save preset right of the Preset control in the upper right corner [CS5.5 and before the button icon is a diskette; in CS6, it's an arrow pointing down to a rectangle, which I assume is a disk drive.] Enter a name for the custom preset in the dialog box that appears, and then click OK.
  11. In the export settings dialog box, click OK (if you opened this dialog of the SOUL) or queue (if you started the Organization).

  The preset that you saved in step 10 will appear in the list of presets for MPEG4, so you can use it for future encoding jobs. If you have the SOUL CS6, custom presets appear also in the section at the top of the new Preset browser.

  I want to use captivate to a summative assessment where students can have a micro tent to each question and are able to move forward and backward in the quiz. From what I see at the moment when I put the question tent level infinity the slide never correct progresses until they get the answer. I want them to be able to change their answer but go ahead to submit even if their answer is incorrect? At the moment I can't see a way to do this? Is my only option to use custom slides?

  You are right if you set infinite attempts on an issue, then Captivate will assume you want the student to stay on this issue until they have obtained is correct.

  Developers often find it difficult to understand how Captivate work quiz questions. There are many ways, you can configure the options of the question.  In fact, there are good reasons for seemingly odd behavior, but these reasons are often hidden by the way settings are configured.

  As a sample: once the participant sends a response to a slide in questionnaire (good or bad), and then progresses to another slide, their response to this slide is locked.  If you have several attempts on this issue enabled, AND you need to step back authorized, your attendee can go back to the previous question and try it, but if you do not have the legend to try again or on failure levels, Captivate will then appear to allow them to present a correct answer.

  If you want the user to be able to go forward even if their answer is incorrect, just turn on the key jump on the question slide.  The user can then choose to click this button to proceed to the next question.

  There is more than one thing you could do, but it depends on exactly how you expect the form to work.

  A very simple way to do this would be to create a trigger KEY-NEXT-POINT on the last item in your building.

     -- KEY-NEXT-ITEM trigger
     NULL;
  

  Tab after the last item would then be disbabled.

  Again, this depends on exactly how you want it works.
