    1. Validate code & difficulty your mistakes.
      View the results of the http://www.bookoflife.org/ - Nu Html Checker
    2. Move Google to the bottom of your page - just above your closing tag.

    This looks like a z-index issue. Give the container that the links of the menu drop are in a z-index:

    Set it with css:

    {#nameOfContainer}

    z-index: 1000;

    }

  • Drop Down Menu problems

    I'm having a problem with my menu drop-down. In the MUSE, it shows the fall down under the appropriate heading. On the online site, however, is when it starts to spoil. In this case, as you can see in the image below, it is my 'MEDIA' tab in the main menu. When you click on 'MEDIA', it shows the drop-down options; However, they are on the far left of the page. He place them just below the 'MEDIA '. You can see them under the logo. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Unfortunately I'm unable to open this file. It seems that you created this site using a pre-release version 2015.1.0.333.

    To any matter connected to the pre-release / I recommend this post on the forums of Muse pre-release. It is a best place to get help with version beta.

    My drop down online help has stopped working.  Message: Lightroom online help is not available.  Check the internet connection and try again.  I have not had any previous problems.  My internet connection works fine

    Most likely the Internet connection problem is at the end of the wire Adobe.  I suggest that you wait a few moments and try again.

  • Amazon looks weird, safe mode doesn't help-drop-down menu is no help

    Amazon page looks weird, straddles the stuff that some photos are not displayed. works fine with IE.
    Tried using the menu drop down and safe mode and options there do not correspond to the troubleshooting.

    You can try the following steps in case of problems with web pages:

    You can reload webpages and ignore the cache to refresh potentially stale or corrupt.

    • Hold down the SHIFT key and click the Reload button
    • Press 'Ctrl + F5' or 'Ctrl + Shift + R' (Windows, Linux)
    • Press 'Command + shift + R' (Mac)

    Clear the cache and cookies only from Web sites that are causing problems.

    "Clear the Cache":

    • > Options/Preferences > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

    'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

    • > Options/Preferences > privacy > "Use the custom settings for history" > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  • Manipulation of Drop Down Menu problem

    Hi, I have a dropdown Menu code AS2 as follow, this code is applied to a buttonOne onstage and next picture in the buttonOne is the menu that * not stop(); to any image in the movie button.

    onClipEvent (enterFrame) { / / If the mouse IS on the menu... }

    If (this.hitTest (_root._xmouse, _root._ymouse, true)) { / / If the menu is NOT completely open }

    If (this ._currentframe < this ._totalframes) {}

    nextFrame();        / / go to the next section of the menu opening sequence

    }

    { } else { / / If the mouse is NOT on the menu }

    If (this ._currentframe > 1) { / / If the menu is NOT completely closed }

    prevFrame();               / / reading of the previous image in the menu opening sequence

    }

    }

    *on the image next, I a buttonUp and a film Text1, buttonUp code such as follow-up:

    {run}

    onEnterFrame = function () {}

    Text1._y-= 4 ;}    If Text1 would be upward when you press.

    }

    {We (Rollout)}

    delete this.onEnterFrame;

    }

    NOW *, what I need is to make the buttonOne to function as a press the button instead of the button Rollover and pressed, next image will remain on stage, even when the mouse away (I will apply a button close the window afterwards).

    My problem is now, can I change the first part of the code:

    {We (Press)}

    gotoAndStop (2);  or something like that

    }

    While put stop();  on the two images in the movie, but doing this would remove the functionality on

    onEnterFrame = function () {}

    Text1._y-= 4 ;}

    If Text1 move not at all if there is a stop(); applied to the current image. I tried some methods but none doesn't work, tried to look on the web, but all of the tutorials I found are all drop-down menu type rolling.

    problem solved... instead of apply the we (press) on the film, simply create another button and call stop here to resolve the issue

  • 3 - level interpolation Drop Down menu problem

    Hi all

    I created a drop-down list by using buttons and nested clips. ( The code is attached below)
    I have a clip container with the instance of "menu0". In "menu0" is another clip of film with the name of the instance of 'menu0Links', this clip contains buttons with the name of the instances of 'menu0_btn0', 'menu0_btn1' etc...

    Interpolation works well, but I tried to access the buttons with a statement inside an onRollOver function trace and received no message.

    Is there a way I can access the buttons after the lights effect Tween drop? Any answer would be great, thanks in advance!

  • By clicking on tools on the toolbar brings up the menu drop-down instead of switching tools

    CS3 (real licensed copies), OS X 10.5, Cintiq 12WX - using keyboard shortcuts changes the active tool, but clicking on a tool in the tool bar with the mouse or stylus does not; Instead it shows the menu drop-down with associated tools - Polygonal Lasso, magnetic Lasso, etc. - and clicking with the mouse or stylus in an active window has no effect until a second click. It is absolutely infuriating bug, and I have better to do that swearing screaming at my computer when I have deadlines to meet. Can someone please tell me how CS3 accept 'by clicking on a tool' as ' switch so that the tool "rather than" drop-down menu view other versions of this tool? It took half a day of Googling to figure out how to fix these trash the last time it happened, and stupidly, I did not write the process.

    Your understanding of the "obsolete" is as poor as your understanding of 'help '. CS has done everything I need Photoshop CS2 and do still works very well on my Windows machine, CS3 is just what was common back when I had access to student discounts making it actually worth buying a new version of the program.

    I had already tried to reset everything that was possible to reset in Photoshop itself - and reinstall the drivers using another mouse and the Cintiq, and restart the computer - several times without success before finally discovering the source of the problem... which is that whenever the System for the mouse settings have been changed, CS3 distorts apparently any setting double-click outside the default as a Ctrl-click the equivalent of a right click Mac in Windows. Because the double-click speed has been changed, each time I left-button/single-clicked on anything in Photoshop, it had misinterpreted as a right-/ Ctrl-click the button instead, which is the normal command to put in place the drop-down menu with all the other partners of the tools.

    Reset the speed of the default double click in system settings solved the problem, so I'm CE marking as "assumed answered" in the hope that someone else running into the same problem on an old system might find with Google at least.

  • Strange problems on Satellite P30

    Hello
    Hope someone can help me that this laptop is causing me a massive headache

    The P30 for 2 1/2 years now, had my share of problems, DC have to be repaired and overheating due to the obstruction of the fan/radiator etc.

    a few months I ve noticed problems again with the domain controller, connection, works ok, but if you hit the laptop a little, it loses its charge and the amber light turns off and it extends the battery, the laptop must be turned off in so he can be charged. Also, there is a hissing/crackling noise from the charger when it is plugged

    I downloaded ATI Catalyst software a few days back and since then I ve had nothing other than problems, I got a mom.exe error and since then I have times m restarting constantly randomly, I formatted my system using the master CD, the laptop was returned to the factory settings, but 2 minutes in windows, I restarted, I formatted again and put an original disc of XP SP2 and who used to put a fresh xp on my laptop. But once I was doing restarted without any warning. Of course, I had installed my hardware from Toshiba disk drivers.

    Now my system is totally messing with my head, I can't get into windows without problem, I can surf the internet without problem, I tested a game for 5 hours last night (set of high spec) there was no reboot at all, and the computer ran fine. If I open windows media player and search for songs my computer restarts, I have tried to install software like nero and System Mechanic it restarts again, I watched a movie using windows media player and who ran late, its when its looking for songs it turns off, I do not understand is how random, I don't see the problem is the video card (games will work perfectly) and I do not think that the problem are a nuisance power because the game ran fine with the fans spinning, got a little hot, but that's normal I guess. It s mainly when I m access some files on my drive C: is when it restarts

    Please can someone help with this strange problem?
    Thanks in advance

    Good day;

    I'm having a little bit of trouble with a drop-down list. It has been designed using Adobe LifeCycle Designer 8.0

    Chomp

    Hi Chomp,

    When in design mode:

    If you highlight the Hiarchy palette dropdown, it remains highlighted? or the flip pointing to someother object?

    If you click on it directly in the workspace. It shows "drop" in the palette object for the "Type"?  or something unexpected?

    If she will not be highlighted or say something unexpected, it is your question - I suspect by copying and pasting the drop something has gone wrong.

    If so, you must get rid of these bad objects. My experience is that if you have bad objects you can have difficulty to remove directly and may need to remove the parent (the tablerow or subform that they have).

    I'm very curious to know if this is your problem. Please post an update when you get a chance.

    Good luck

    Stephen

    P. S.

    Go slowly when you copy and paste - make sure you that Designer is finished with this operation before starting the next batter - it takes more time than you may realize. Additionally, make sure that the object palette indicates that you are where you think you are, before pasting. After you are done paste an object, Designer has an odd routine indication of the Master Page as object type when its done. If so, set the focus again for which you want to paste, before sticking another menu drop down always in your Clipboard. If your drop down boxes in rows in the table, think about copy and insert any lines containg your DDL

    Finally, 73 DDLS 73 points? Wow! IMHO, 73 points is too much for a user. Consider using the preOpen and script, the filling of the DDL event. If you do this then you can fill in the with a shorter list once the user has made some choices. Just a thought.

  • Help with my drop-down list in the fluid grid view

    Print-screen-mobile-LO-070615.jpgPrint-screen-tablet-LO-070615.jpgPrint-screen-desktop--LO-070615.jpg

    I built the site of "fluid" and that's great, up and running and I am delighted!  A big thank you to the DW forum. URL is: tyndall.net.au

    Now, I want to add a drop-down in the three 3 sizes: mobile, Tablet and desktop. And I want it to develop the ' Services ' section. On the 'Services' page there are links to 21 different types of services.

    It is these types of different services, have to be displayed in the drop-down list button.

    Objective: in hover mode, the fall down to look identical to the head key, centered with a complete history! To inherit.

    You can see on the screenshots:

    In Mobile, there is a complete history, but it is not centered and not the same size

    Tablet & Desktop - background not complete, not centered, not the same size

    I can't find a tutorial on this issue. Tutorial of Daniel Walter - Scott in BYOL helped a long way, thanks mate.

    Can someone help me with this problem?

    It's these types of different services, I should show up in the drop-down buttons. >

    Drop-down lists that appear to move the mouse do not work on touchscreens because they do not have a mouse.  The current trend is to keep the navigation simple & simplified.  21 links dropdown under Services is going to be too expensive for mobile users.   Just keep the simple navigation with a link to the Services page you did and your users will have fewer problems with your site.

    Either way, justified text links seem strange.  See screenshot.   You can see that.

    Finally and most importantly, provide enough space between links to help mobile users.  Android recommended that links be 10mm high providing for easier faucet finger gestures.  When the links are stacked too close together, which makes it very difficult selecting the link desired without the aid of a stylus.

  • The drop down menu boxes that appear under the heading of Firefox do not fill. A form of box on the screen, but it is empty. Given zero no has not solved the problem.

    The file, editing, display and help tabs that were on the previous version of FireFox Menu bar top are apparently incorporated into the "FireFox" drop-down box in the latest version of the browser. I was unable to open those tabs earlier, so by the recommendation of the Support Forum, I have Firefox on my laptop. Now not only the tabs above are missing after this reset, but the drop down menu does not open in any submenus. What I see now is a box on the surrounded black screen, but sub menu selections such as save as, print, copy etc are not shown in the box. This is why the Navigator is not functional in its current state.
    Does anyone have a fix for this problem that will not delete my favorites and other content stored on Firefox? Please save me to return to Internet Explorer.
