Help fix the glare of the Sun

I use Photoshop Elements 9.0 on Windows 7 Home Prem 64 bit and have spent hours trying to figure out how to remove or improve reflections of a photo. I tried every tutorial I found (for the most part on eHow) and may not relate to their procedures, because I can't find items in the menus they consult or obtain results as they suggest. (http://www.ehow.com/how_7341725_remove-photographs-using-photoshop-elements.html) when I try to select and extract the glare as a new layer, I can never see it, the corrections that I do are all the original background image. I followed the instructions implicitly when I try to brush a selected sample of the part of the image that I want to correct, he just smears other parts of the photo on it instead of what I selected. It is not a large photo of high resolution, it's just a friend took with a cell phone camera and I wanted to practice on it to eliminate glare.  http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18225693/klausb.jpg. Certainly, there is a good tutorial somewere, I found not just not it.

Please report to us. I don't know the exact specifications. for stills in still, the limit is 4000 pixels in the largest dimension for PrPro.

Now, I must add that in PS. resizing algorithms are better, in my opinion, than those of PrPro and again. This means that there is nothing to gain and quality of untying, important images much larger than the size of the frame of the project, i.e. of 720 x 480 for NTSC SD projects yet. The size of the image will be the limiting factor, so scratch that.

Even in projects PrPro, I resize to exactly what I need. If I will not pan on a zoomed image, I resize it to the size of the image of the project. If I move on a zoomed image, I resize just what I need.

  • Help fix the husband XP2 system (we have home network, mine is Vista, its XP)

My husband's computer was working fine until its automatic update installed Windows XP3 several weeks ago. It is literally cascaded by being not able to repair. I wiped his drive completely cleaned, reistalled XP1 (this is the version of the software that we have on the disc). Download Mcafee total protection and then slowly starts the upgrade and install Basic programs in the next few days.  The new facility has failed from the beginning after installing XP2. Blue screens, other software does not properly, not computer shuts itself off more frequently... and now, not even system restore will work. Uninstall XP2 and restart?  It is not due to a virus, spyware, malware etc. I have McAfee and Advanced SystemCare, plus Windows Defender.  What should I do to fix this mess?

I was running hard drive and memory tests, using the tools of diagnosis of the Ultimate Boot CD or the manufacturer of the computer.

I'd also install service packs before you install an antivirus program.

    If it could work.

I still very strongly suggest to do not to use the dynamic version of this code. You have a couple of potential Sql Injection issues in there and it will be better if its not done dynamically.

    Hi Roykarnataka,

MSVCP90.dll errors might indicate a problem of registry, a virus or malware problem, or even a hardware failure.

Scan the checker (SFC) system files on your computer and check if it helps fix the problem.

SFC analyzes and verifies the versions of all protected system files after you restart your computer.

You can't make pixels where there is no pixel.

The only thing to try would be to paint in color with a large soft brush to a low opacity.

  • How can I remove the glare of the Sun of this photo?

Attached are the cropped (8 "x 2") and the original pictures of the view from the Unitarian Universalist in Kensington, Kensington, CA.  It is the Kensington Symphony Orchestra concert hall, and I would use it for our promotional items.

I used the brightness and contrast tools in PhotoShop, but I can't seem to remove the glare of the Sun.  The tutorials are useful to remove a small amount of glare, but they did not give good suggestions to eliminate the glare of such a large area.

I realize a better filter on the camera would have been ideal, but in the contrary case, the conditions were perfect.

    1. Removal of the glare would make a better photo in the first place?
    2. If so, what tools would be used to reduce glare on such a large surface?

    Thanks for your comments!
