• Save a reader extended PDF form read-only

  Prior to this announcement, I searched for hours in forums and the internet on how to get there, but I can't find the solution.

  I created a simple form in Acrobat and saved with player so he can be saved by my colleagues in Adobe Reader, once informed extended attributes.   Use only the actual field names that you use in your form. Users should be sure to save as a new file, and I would say that they put the blank form read-only via the file system so that they don't accidentally overwrite it.

• Make the form read-only if a field is filled

  Is there a way to do an entire form read-only if a certain text field is filled?  I know that adding a digital signature to a form field, increases the size of the screen, so I prefer not to add a digital signature field in my form.  However, I would like the feature that says after the form is signed, it is read-only.  I have added a text box to the form and tried to add a script that read: if (this.rawValue! = "") (this.access = "readOnly"), but it did not work.  Is there a way I can accomplish this without adding a signature to the form field?

  It depends on where you have placed the script, probably the best place is the exit event.

  It blocks only the field that the script is inside.

  You should check the example of Paul LockAllFields, which contains a function in a script object. Whereas Paul calls it a click to a button event, you could call it the output of the particular text field event.

  You can't download a PDF here, and your reply seems incomplete. You can publish files PDF on Acrobat.com and share them so that others can watch the document if you provide a link.

  I test Web Forms using test user. I have given everyone access the dimension in the webform.given a write access to Webform.Still for the data form entire user test is read-only.

  as an admin if I check, I can write in the form.

  I gave exclusive access to the user by putting in place of the user groups, always the same question all cella are read-only

  There is an additional role that I give to the user outside Planner to enter data.

  Hi, the text in tabs/forms of the form filled in and saved text doesn't appear when you click on this tab and field offices. When I go to another tab / filed, it disappears. I need to see everything at once.

  Auto-fill text fields is inactivated.  I have acrobat Pro XI / Win764bit. I can't find anything useful in the German speaking forums (there you will find only: save it on your desktop, open the with another program - not adobe, save it as a .jpg, use the preview and save/print pdf, open with photo shop and so forth but nothing works.)

  It would be good to get a link to an old solution or a useful answer.

  Is there a chance that the application overview on Mac has been used to complete and save the form? What you describe is a typical sign that it was like overview corrupts PDF forms in a number of ways. You can fix this in Acrobat if you have access to a blank form uncorrupted by exporting the form with FDF data and important in the blank form.

  I have finally mastered forms and have created a few forms which I want to send customers to fill out and return via the submit button. Assuming that most users will have only reader how to send their form so that they can fill and press the submit button and it returns to my email address. What I do need to create a button or is it possible that the submit button will display in the upper right as it does in adobe professional?

  Assuming you are using AcroForms (forms directly in Acrobat), you will add a button and in the properties > Action > select Action, and then add. For a mailto form you would enter "mailto:[email protected]"without the quotes. " Then select FDF include (do not use PDF full or if you encounter the risk of violation of the license for your type of application). When you receive the FDF file, open the original form and import the data into the form in forms > manage data > import. The result will look exactly as if it was once filled by the customer.

  FDF has a feature (at least) that if you double-click the FDF, Acrobat will open the form and import FDF data. There are problems with the do not move the form file and others to make it work properly (apparently the name of path and of form are integrated in the FDF).

  Some people may have problems with the presentation of the e-mail. Reader and Acrobat require MAPI to an email and may not be properly installed on their system. With the newer versions of the player, there are other options that can be selected also. However, this is just a warning that the e-mail process is not robust and it can be a problem for a company. The alternative is to submit to a web script. There are several such ways to present data that people in the forum of forms are probably better help with.

  If you process private data, e-mail should not be used and the form should be submitted to a script/secure web site.

  I have a form with a table requesting entry for travel expenses.  Rows contain for receipt number (auto-remplit with a whole number), Date, name of the vendor, Type of expense (drop-down filled beforehand with a variable), payment Type (drop-down filled beforehand with a variable), costs cost (user imput data to integer), Exchange Office (drop-down filled beforehand with a variable), Conversion rate, the cost of expenses in U.S. dollars (calculated total cost of spending * currency).

  The table has a row of data called 'Élément', and there is a button to add a row to the table.

  Table auto are the cost of the expenditure in USD field so there is total on the table.

  On the previous page (summary page), there is another table.  This table summarizes the fees information based on the Type of expenditure and the payment Type.

  Currently I have the following formula to calculate the amount under certain conditions fees according to the table below, based on the response to the Type of expenditure and the payment Type.  This example is meant to summarize all of the expenses that are "51807 - dues/contributions" and whose payment type is NOT equal "BMC-credit card."

  Any suggestions?  I'll change the formcalc is someone has the solution.  I have a formcalc formula works, but it doesn't have the sum of several lines, only the first entry.

  This is a modified version of your form. ... with a few suggestions:

  1. you should always call your subforms. I changed your subforms without title to page1, Page2... This makes things easier to follow when error messages are generated.

  2. I did 1 calculation in the table on page 2. By placing it on the Calc event dependence is established between this field and a field named in the Calc. So when one of these fields is changed, the script is run.

  3. I use has to loop through each row in the table on Page 3 and if the coonditions are met, we update the value on Page2.

  The syntax to get each item in the line is illustrated in the calc (using an expression xfa.resolveNode ("string") is the only way to get these values).

  I went to another user in a game that worked well, but when I logged in this user and back in my usual admin user account, every day the screen is black and white while charging. Everything still functions very well except there is no color - all settings in the control panel and NVIDIA Control Panel suggests that it is the color display. If I connect to another account the color returns. Unfortunately system restore has been disabled for some reason any so that I can't restore to an earlier time. I downloaded and re-installed the latest driver for my graphics (NVIDIA 260 M GTX), but this does not solve the problem.
