  Looking for something like "brush" returns NOTHING in offline mode. (online mode works well).

  The help document "with the help of Adobe Photoshop CS5" is vissible in offline mode (in the right pane) but simply do not return no results when searched.

  All other documents help offline (for the rest of the Suite of creativity) seems to work OK.

• Look for vCenter VM error message with special events

  I am wanting to look through the events of multiple vCenters (4.x 5.x) mode, for events with a particular sentence (lock lost on *.vmdk)

  I was looking at Alan Renouf vCheck to try out of the room that would allow me just to search for events in logs vCenters VM.

  His VI Events.ps1 #23 file contains the following:

  I'm looking to search for a specific text string in the events of the VM, and I was wondering if there was any ideas on the best way to do it.

  I want to be able to specify the number of days back to back as shown above.  I want to show the host on the virtual machine is running, (s) Lun, it is located, the date and time of the message.

  Can I just add a search string in the script above?   If so what setting would be to clarify?

  The following tries to find the event by checking the message for text.

  Hope someone can help with a problem that has happened recently. I get the following message when you try to connect to Hyperion Planning: -.
  
  "Unsuccessful logon. Check the log for details"
  
  What happened to our instance of development only, which has recently been improved 9.3.1 to 9.3.3. It's only a matter of planning, I can connect to shared services, EAS & workspace by using the same credentials.
  
  After the upgrade to 9.3.3 we were able to connect to schedule and use the system, so I'm not sure that the upgrade was the cause. I tried to launch the configuration utility that has had no effect and also tried searching online, nothing helps.
  
  Has anyone seen similar problems or nobody knows what logs the error means that there is no error message in the planning log?

• Windows XP does not level net framework 3.5 service pack 1 or service pack 2. Error code 80070673. Also, don't look for new updates - error code 80070490.

  My windows xp tried to upgrade with the 3.5 framework - net framework 3.5 SP1 update family (KB951847) x 86 since 07/08/09.  History shows that he has failed every time.  He also tried to install service pack 2 (KB948465) since 07/08/09 and has failed each attempt.  When I try to check new updates, it says "windows has not can find new updates" with an error code 80070490.  When I try to upgrade with the framework 3.5 service pack 1, it says "some updates were not installed" with an error code of 80070673.  History shows that all other updates have been installed successfully.  Please let me know what I need to do to fix this problem.

  You will need to fix the OS before trying to fix the rest of your problems. If the OS is unstable, then nothing else will matter. Make sure you have backups up-to-date of all your personal stuff and know where the product keys etc in case you should reinstall. That your OS is stable/fixed you can follow instructions from PA Bear re updates of the framework.

  I took it apart to clean (after like...) 4 years of regular use) and just realized that the fan has stopped working since this point. He works at an ambient temperature of 140-150ff now - turn serious ongoing fire.

  I'm not terribly great with hardware and struggling to understand this fan to get as a replacement. Any help would be appreciated.

  Any material support, no matter what operating system you choose to run, is the manufacturer of the equipment.  I guess they decided (long ago) that scan is legacy/not supported.

  (And so it looks like this is true as far as Windows 7 support will.)  You can try Vista drivers/software, but it would be a do-it-yourself without the support of the manufacturer.)

  Ann, my suggestion is that you search in the knowledge base of the foglight support as there was a lot of solutions/procedures already developed by the support for the tasks that you must implement.  I made a simple search for 'new server monitor' and I saw a lot of solutions.

  You will also want to examine the documentation for cartridge of infrastructure for the monitoring of the servers (windows, unix, and linux) from an agent handler remote foglight to reduce Foglight agents having to run on a server.

  Hello, I have a problem. Whenever I get something, for example in google chrome, IE8, or even in Help and Support, once you press on enter it opens Windows Media Center! Like as if its been programmed to open each time! So when I was typing this, I found a similar question.   I hope you do well. It would be good if you could provide us with the exact error message. However, you can try the following steps.

  1. Click Start, then Control Panel.

  2. click on default programs.

  3. click on program access and computer by default.

  4. click on custom.

  5. allow access to this program.

  Please let us know regarding when exactly this issue started while we offer a system restore when the computer was working fine, if this is really necessary. We also know if you have made changes to the computer or programs before this problem started. Please try these steps and let us know so that we can continue troubleshooting to diagnose the problem.
