  Since your not sure what the 'others' are I would recommend you to restore your iPhone. I know that you will lose all your data, but not restore from a backup of iCloud so start as a new phone.   'Download Support Advisor' is a generic error, and we need to understand what is causing the problem. Most of the time, its a problem with the download was not successful or downloaded correctly. So, in this case, re-download the software and do not forget to compare the file size of the file downloaded with the file on the server.  From the following link, please download the version of Illustrator, you need: other downloads

  Allows you to check in this case as well and make sure that the download is complete, if the size of the file is correct, to the install.log file.

  Navigate in the log files in one of the following folder:

  Mac OS: / Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers /.

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Installers\

  The name of the log file includes the name of the product and installation date, followed of ".". log.gz."the .gz extension indicates a compressed format.

  You can use a utility to extract the 7z or gz to unzip.

  Scroll to the bottom of the log. Look in the section - summary - for lines that begin with ERROR or FATAL and signals a failure during the installation process.

  The link I gave you shows you how to install a dictionary if you want another language. Click on add dictionaries or scroll down a bit.

  If you see a red wavy under a misspelled word, just right click on that Word, and you should get suggestions. The suggestions are not always perfect according to the word or spelling error that sometimes it can take a couple of tries to the spelling of the word.

  You just need to install a driver, Intel Matrix Storage Manager.
  As the name said it s an Intel driver and can be found on the Intel page or you can download it from the European driver Toshiba page too.
  Check your area driver books and search for storage manager or package of robson.

  I recommend also to search in this forum for similar discussions on Intel Matrix Storage Manager Driver.

  with a Linux SuSe 11 on it... and I didn't like it... so I wanted to remove it... and had trouble...

  I tried to install WIn XP on it, and it does not work... I deleted the mBr and this drug on the hard drive (hitachi hts54053)...

  When I insert xp and it starts with a point... where it says eror...... you somtinn like that runchdsk...

  I tried almost everything... I installed grub back... and nothing... still cannot start cd yp...

  Hello:

  What I suggest you do is to go into your BIOS (Hit the F10 key) and navigate the system setup menu.

  In this menu, you will find a submenu Configuration of the device. Change your SATA of ACHI to IDE device. Press the F10 key to save the settings and hit it again when you save the settings and exit the system setup menu.

  Now boot from your XP installation disk and you should be able to install Windows XP Home edition without any error.
