Sorry if this is in the wrong place, looked everywhere - has not found a forum on the installation or Master Collection - and I feel more comfortable here.
I own the Master Collection CS4. It was a stand alone and not "upgrade version".
As I usually do, I left CS3 Design Premium installed because I wanted to wait until all my plugins, etc. are compatible with CS4. I've since removed CS3.
Last night I wanted to use the first, for the first time and noticed that it had not been installed.
I can't find a way to install a program in the suite of the DVD containing all the equipment installation.
Is there a way to do so that I can add that I don't have?
I called Adobe phone support. They tell me that I have to uninstall all Adobe software and do a new clean install of Master Collection. I try to avoid it, because I have actions, presets, plugins, preferences, etc. that I want to save.
Please, someone, is it possible to short do taking an all-day task?

I'm sorry but CS5 is no longer for sale. If you wish, you can go for creative cloud that will give additional software, including the Master Collection and many more features at a very cost-effective price.

Impossible to install CS4 Master Collection on MacBook Air
I installed CS4 Master Collection on my iMac. But I can't install it in my MacBook Air. It always shows the sign of the "installation Preparation" for centuries. I tried several times, but it still does not work. What's wrong? I do a cleaning making sure that there is no part of the software installed previously?
Will I just download the free trial of Photoshop online and then use the CS4 MC serial code to make it work?
I really need help with that. I need to install at least the Photoshop for my trip to the Iceland photography course.

I solved the problem and installed Acrobat this morning. The issue proved to be, as I suspected, that Adobe Reader had already been installed on the machine and, for some reason, this prevents the installation of Acrobat.

I'm sorry to have a diffculity to install Adobe Master Collection CS6 on Windows 7. I see that you mentioned that your computer IS a 32-bit, while the Master Collection CS6 as indicated in the Tech Specs (see the link below for more details) requires 64-bit architecture.
For later use, it * IS * wise to double check on tech specs, similiarly - requirements before install us all types of applications.

Your CS6 must have been bought an upgrade. He asks you to select/provide is the name/serial number of the previous version, you bought that qualifies you to install and activate the CS6 upgrade version... it would probably be CS5.5 CS3.
