  I use Robohelp 11 and we post our content as microsoft HTML help.  I wonder how to change the content of the button the top of the page next to the front buttons and back at home.  Since it's HTML Help I can't use a skin to change the buttons, but I need to change what is displayed when you click the home button.  I can't find how to change when the button links to.  I just want to link to our home page.

  On luck outside, that you are not really wanting to address the 'skin in a CHM' quite yet, try this.

  First, note the path and the name of the file that you want to appear when the user clicks on the Home link.

  Open the pod of setting up a project. (View > pods > project configuration)

  Expand Windows, and then double-click the CHM window. (If you do not see a CHM window, you will need to create a)

  

  In the Properties window, click the Advanced Properties button.

  

  And from the Advanced Properties dialog box, you type (Yes, you heard that right, TYPE) the path and the name of the file you want. (Remember this first step?) Note that you can also type a URL pointing to a website here.

• How to add a button custom Dreamweaver cs5?

  I want to add a custom button to "View basket" on my site. I went on a random site where I was able to create a custom image for my view cart button. The button I got was called button.php. I checked the document properties and some have been gathered about it. Is the file type: Adobe Fireworks PNG (.png) file. It is supposed to open with: Adobe Fireworks CS5. I made a copy of this document and put it in Dreamweaver by opening a blank page and paste the image in there. I saved the page and published.

  Then, I went to paypal and put the link to the published page where he asked. I got a code I pasted into dreamweaver in the section I wanted the "View cart" button to appear. When I save and publish this page, the button is never displayed. Name of PayPal, is what appears and when you click it, it goes to the basket.

  If the problem seems to be with how I downloaded and saved this picture/button on Dreamweaver. Can someone tell me please the right way to download to make it appear on my site?

  Your difficulty stems from your having clicked the button 'protect my code' on the site of Paypal when you have configured the source of your button code.

  This encrypts your code to hide your email address, but also impossible to read when you want to replace your custom button image.

  Go to the Paypal GET your code again, and this time do not click "protect my code".

  You can then read the code and easily swap your image for the version of Paypal.

  I saw an article about this before, but I can't seem to find now. I am trying to create a textInput with a button link below that says "add another element. I want to be able to create a form that is generated dynamically by the user. And can reach however many times the user click adds another.

  You can simply take a bread stick and create the textInput dynamically at execution in ActionScript. See the example for simpler code below...

  Everybody knows not how to add sound to a button with Dreamweaver using Javascript or just an application inside Dreamweaver. Maybe it's not possible, but I think it would be.

  You can use a Dreamweaver behavior.

  In CS4, behaviors > ~ deprecated > Sound Play.

  NB: although it is possible to play sounds when rolling more buttons, I strongly advise against it. It's at the top of the list of the most annoying features that can have any website. Personally, I hit the back button immediately and go elsewhere if Web sites (in particular buttons) emitting sounds that I don't want to hear to start.

  Looks like the file association is messed up. Change the file association for help and Support and see if it works.

  Here's how to fix the associated file.

  a. Click Start and type default programs in the start search field.

  b. click default programs list programs.

  c. click on associate a type of file or Protocol with a program.

  d. find the .hlp file.

  e. Select .hlp file and click Change program.

  f. Select Windows Winhlp32 Stub list.

  This should be it.

  I created a page, consisting of a single button (also created link later).
  When I click on the button/link a pop up opens, in the popupFetchListener I created a method. Everything works fine when I load the page and click on the button/link for the first time.
  When I click on the link/button second time the popupFetchListener method is not called.

  What can be the reason behind this?

  I have a series of buttons with links that are similar to the following example:

  The function of these buttons perfectly on my pc, as well in IE 6 & 7, Firefox 2. On my laptop but the links button work perfectly in IE, but not in the Firefox browser. I also used "_blank" with, as I suspected, no difference. All menu flash works although these button links work only in Firefox on a remote computer. Clues?
  
  

  Oh happy day, I could answer my own question for a change. In Firefox, it seems that when you use 'empty' in a legend of link that Firefox will stay there dead in the water unless you physically choose unblock the pop-ups on the site in which lies the link. So if the user has pop ups blocked in Firefox and you decide to open a link in a new page in your SWF file, it may or may not work depending on whether the user has an exception for pop-ups and one of the exceptions is be your page. It's not good for me. Is there a way to get around this? Maybe JavaScript? Or does drop the 'empty' of our links? Of course I was told long that I should have been a beta-tester due to my uncanny ability to discover the most obscure. 000001% scenario of probability which never applies to the mainstream.
