  I see. I understand perfectly. I've been there before and I know it can be very upsetting. I understand that the lost files were close to your heart. So, I would suggest you try the trusted third party software for the restored files. The Windows operating system doesn't have a built-in software that can help us in this regard. A file when it is deleted is never removed from your hard drive. Still, a copy of the file is in a location on your hard disk and requires a software code, what software of this type will have to get recovered.

  My 3 year old hp pavilion x 2 removable 2 in 1 touch screen works only if detached from the keyboard.  It has been for the last couple momths stop without warning whenever it was moved slightly while attached to the keyboard. Now it doesn't work at all and stops as soon as I connect it to the keyboard. Everything else works fine. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

  The only other option is to use the virtual keyboard in combination with the laptop keyboard.  You can search online to see a lot of different proposals, rather than posting me here.  Here's just one of the examples.

  If this is the case, the Nvidia driver will not work.

  It's the hard drive.

  You need to go to Device Manager, and then click to expand the category of DC/DVD player.

  If the name of the dvd player does not have a BD in the model, it is just a standard dvd player and cannot play blue ray discs.

  I understand how to disable annoying pinch zooming via Control Panel, however, it will not be extinguished (i.e. whenever I turn on my computer after having turned off the pinch to zoom, pinch to zoom is for some reason, tour the back.) I have to turn off every time after a new start upward.

  I clicked 'Apply' and everything after have disabled, every time. Can someone please advise?

  Try the following.

  Hold down the Windows key and press R

  In the run box, type regedit and press enter

  In the registry editor, navigate to the following

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Synaptics\SynTP\Install

  Inside, look for a key named DeleteUserSettingsOnUpgrade

  If it is present, right click on the key and select Edit

  Set the field data of the value 0 (zero) , and then click Ok.

  Close the registry editor.

  Open the Synaptics settings panel, disable the pinch zoom and apply the change.  Check if this setting is now preserved after a reboot.

  In December, I've updated Windows and restart automatically. Then I wait for update of Windows, but through system 1 hour not working and I turned off laptop. Then I switched on the laptop and after that login and password computer laptop cannot open Windows. I try: esc, f8, f9. F10, f11, but hp Recovery Manager does not work. I can start Windows in safe mode only. I try to start recovery manager (HP and Windows), both not working. I see: Recovery Manager hp stopped work. I try chkdsk from command prompt, it did not help me. D: partition is normally. 2 times I can open windows is normal, but then nothing does not, only I see my old office. What should I do for normal work of Windows?

  I'm trying to get an extended display of my laptop to an external display.  I have Windows 8.1, the 64-bit operating system.  My second monitor is an HP w2007, connected with cable (for computer) HDMI to a DVI (to watch).  The computer detects the second screen and will duplicate.

  When I display extend, I can't move the windows to it.  I see just the wallpaper and the taskbar, but my mouse can't go beyond the limits of the screen of the laptop.

  I just realized that my extended display is if I move the windows on the right.  I kept trying to the left!  I was also able to change the direction by defining the display properties.  So, my question is resolved!
