  How implement you a pause function depends on the details of the design.  You do not necessarily have to deal with the individual event listeners.  You can also build in a conditional logic that checks if a break condition is true or false and coding the process or not.

  The script that I created is attached. I have 3 groups of resources. Each assigned to a CSQ (so 3 CSQs too). Now, I need to configure the script such as whether agents CSQ 2 and 3 (nonapplications & material) are busy while the appellants are held in the queue, but if the agents are connected to or not is not ready so call should be redirected to CSQ 1 (applications). I don't really know if this is possible and how to configure it. Any help will be most appreciated.

  And why you even do it in PS? What you wrote means that you need something big which will be made using cutting of vinyl or other techniques of signage and it requires to work with vectors, which means you use Illustrator, not Photoshop.

  You should try to include a web font, but you cannot use those during the creation of course, so when you publish or correct fonts you have alignment issues.

  Do not convert the date to a string for comparison. For example your following code snippet:

  should be written as

  DATE_NAME BETWEEN to_DATE('15-DEC', 'DD-MON')
  and to_DATE('10-JAN', 'DD-MON')
  

  Are you sure avoiding the year (YYYY) in your format to to_date mask. This will affect current year to date
  In this case, something like

  TO_DATE(TO_CHAR(DATE_NAME,'DD-MON')), 'DD-MON') BETWEEN
     to_DATE('15-DEC', 'DD-MON')

  (It could be an effective way to make this part. Nothing is striking for me from now on.)

  I really need help please because I am new to VBScript and TNS connections and all this stuff is complicated.
  I'm trying to make a connection with one of our Oracle servers and to extract some database through SQL commands, but after trying for a few days, I'm stumped.
  
  Here are the details, and I hope someone can advise me in simple language on where I'm wrong.
  
  
  The I'm trying to connect from is an Essbase server that already has an ODBC connection to the Oracle Server installation in the ODBC data source administrator. The driver that I see in the ODBC data source administrator is 'Oracle in OraClient10g_home1' and a "SQL Sever" driver as well as some drivers OEM MEARNT.
  The tnsnames.ora has the information for the Oracle server and I can't tnsping to it successfully.
  Navigation around the web, I tried a few methods to connect:

  1. keep your refined search terms.  Keep it simple... for example, you will find what you are looking for if you use the search term: drivers XP DV6807NR then you would be: I need drivers for my hp pavilion dv6000 so I can run windows xp.

  2. do your research before posting.  What it means for others, it is that you are not trying to get them to spend their valuable time if you do not have too.  That being the case, you're more likely to get the help that you are need.

  What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

  Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, MSE, Comodo, etc..

  The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination?  (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)

  You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

  Fill in the blank: my system worked well until: _.

  Looks like you can not try to start on a genuine XP bootable installation CD.
  Maybe you try to start on some kind of restore system CD instead.
  I would like to begin by starting in the XP Recovery Console and checking the integrity of your file system.
  If you need to make a CD of bootable XP Recovery Console, you can do the following:
  Use the XP Recovery Console to check the file system on your HARD drive and fix the problems and then try to start your system - this may be all you need to do.  Or, you are welcome to just start trying things that might work.

  Boot into the Recovery Console Windows using an XP bootable installation CD.

  If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget.

  This is not the same as recovery disks that may have come to a store to purchase the system.

  You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

  It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

  You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

  When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

  Press any key to boot from CD...

  Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

  Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

  Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

  You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

  You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

  C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

  The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

  For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the command prompt.

  Start by checking the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

  In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

  Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

  Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

  CHKDSK C: /r

  Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.  It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

  You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

  Remove the CD, and then type "exit" to exit the RC and restart the computer.

  You have not to set the BIOS to boot the disk HARD since the CD won't be.
