  Otherwise, I would recommend that you work in Expert mode. Then, before adding your photos to the timeline, resize your photos to not exceed 2500 x 1872 pixel in size (72 dpi). This will save you a lot of headaches later.

  Also, since you want your photos last 3 seconds each, go to Premiere Elements preferences' (under the Edit menu on a Windows computer), then, on the general page, assign still Image duration 90 images (if you are in NTSC. If you use the TV PAL system, set it to 75). Remember that you do it before adding photos to your project!

  Once you have done this, simply use the Add Media / files and folders to collect your photos in your current project, and then just drag in your timeline.

  Like your job, make your timeline (by pressing the Enter key) regularly so that you can see a clear overview of your video.

  You have to ask Apple why the design has changed. You should still be able to delete songs by changing your selection of synchronization and synchronize.

  Or you can delete songs directly on your iPad and other iOS devices, directly in the music app or via settings > general > storage & use iCloud > storage management > music

  And why you even do it in PS? What you wrote means that you need something big which will be made using cutting of vinyl or other techniques of signage and it requires to work with vectors, which means you use Illustrator, not Photoshop.
