Help! New Mac, try to activate my membership Pro Adobe
I bought Adobe Pro a few months ago on another computer. It doesn't work anymore, I could download Adobe Pro for my new Mac, but now when I try to modify a PDF file, it tell me to on or purchase (your trial period has expired).
I click on active and enter my serial number, it tells me that it is already in use! I don't want to buy new and chat to Adobe, Adobe technical support is NOT HELPING!
Just keep ' "train to transfer me to other people and now Ive been on cat hold for more than an hour.
First of all, Adobe is the name of the COMPANY... you hear Acrobat?
Secondly, you say SUBSCRIPTION in your title, but mention the SERIAL NUMBER in your message... which is?

Have a new Mac, want to transfer Acrobat 9 Pro for Mac from the PC and turn them off on PC
How do you do that? I don't have an installation disc that is compatiable with Mac and I did not need to buy a new version of Adobe Acrobat currently for functions that I use.

The Installer files and serial number would be different for different OS. If the product that works with your PC would not work with Mac.
What you need to do is to upgrade your Acrobat 9 Pro for Acrobat 11 Pro (Cross-platform Upgrade) but there is a cost involved in it. (US $199) See the link below

I wanted to transfer Adobe Photoshop CS6 of my old Macbook to it.
I have the box and the drive, but can't use this option that the new iMac is not a disk slot, I was wondering if there was a way I could download the Adobe website Ps?

Yes, you must uninstall and reinstall. Try to use the cleanup tool to uninstall it in order to ensure that the stage is set for a correct installation (I have not used it myself, so I can't say much on this subject).

It is not broken, just confused. The recipient must save the file and open it in Adobe Reader. Your e-mail application is not using Adobe Reader.
