I can't understand how to operate the first CC 2015 with my GPU (AMD Radeon 7730 M). It gives me an error message and not the lauch. Whenever I have to disable the card so I can launch the first. I worked very well with the 2014 version. Then I've upgraded and CC 2015 and it will not start. I read some people saying there is a conflict with some AMD drivers, then I disabled my card and first CC 2015 really worked without computers. Someone had this problem?

Since you can see things on your computer and working with Pr off AMD card, you probably have a graphic chip Intel integrated on your CPU or the motherboard.  I activate the AMD card, then turn off the Intel chip in the Device Manager or the BIOS/UEFI.  Which should allow Pr work with the AMD card and do all kinds of goodness OpenCL available to you.

  • [Incompatibility problem] Graphics Intel HD 4000 & AMD Radeon HD 7650 M

    Hey everybody,

To keep things short and simple, I have a problem with the help of my 7650M AMD Radeon HD video card.

I searched through many forums/articles and I have leared that my laptop (HP ProBook 4540) includes two video cards integrated; Graphics card Intel HD 4000 & AMD Radeon HD 7650 M (2 GB); to reduce the battery consumption. I attributed to some games to run in high-performance such as Skyrim, but simply, I find no difference. It always seems to run on 'weak' parameters and I'm sure that my card can do much better!

I have visitied the Intel site and I've updated all my drivers later, including the Intel driver. Although, when I did and after I restarted my computer, I get a message from the Catalyst Control Center saying that my AMD driver is disabled and I need to download the latest driver or enable it in Device Manager. What I did then is I visited HP website and I downloaded the 8.951.6 'last' AMD driver. Notice how I used in quotes, so drivers are quite old; almost a year to be precise!

I also tried to download the latest drivers on Radeon site, but I can not simply because I get a message saying that I have incompatible drivers!

Useful information that may or not there:

    Mobile: HP ProBook 4540 s

Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

    I appreciate all help.

    You can go there!

Download "LATER" (really late!) Intel HD and Drivers Radeon on "HP SITE.

    (1) go to the Device Manager.
    (2) to the list of graphics cards, uninstall the drivers Radeon and Intel HD.
    (3) as soon as you uninstall both drivers, your system will run on edge VGA adapter, so all the icons and the Office will take place on the resolution of 640 x 480.
    (4) now restart PC.
    (5) now install driver Intel HD that you downloaded.
    (6) restart the PC.
    (7) now, your system will work on resolving Native 1366 * 768.
    (8) now install the Radeon drivers in Express mode.
    (9) to restart the PC.
    (10) always restart the PC, go to the BIOS settings, check switchable/dynamic graphs.
    (11) now run AMDCCC.
    (12) power adapter plug. Switch to recommended power HP plan.
    (13) run your favorite game. Assignment mode it 'high performance '.
    (14) enjoy!

    I hope this helps you!

  • Problem - 4530 Probook s HD 6490M - Windows 8

Hi, I have a ProBook s 4530 with dual graphics. I can't have the right drivers after the upgrade to Windows 8. Help, please. ATI/AMD does not help :-/

    Hello Jaavehi & TarepSH,

Since your Probook is a professional computer, you would be better served if you have posted your questions in the HP Enterprise Business Business community here: http://goo.gl/LsnuK

More than likely HP won't to material support for W8 on any system purchased before October 1, 2011. Some updates for W8, most drivers W7 will work in W8.

If you don't have not upgraded to Windows 8 again, you can run the software upgrade wizard, it will scan your PC and report on what is currently installed on your PC is compatible with the W8.

  • Upgrade to Win 8.1 the fan runs all the time and Raw (Silkypix) converter consume 100% CPU resources

Hi, after upgrading to win 8 to 8.1 win my converter (Silkypix) raw program running extremely slow and consuming 100% of CPU. VAIO all updates completed, all Win 8.1 updates made. ATM Radeon HD 7500 M / 7600M (Maj) with 2 GB RAM dedicated.

In addition, the fan works almost all the time that was not the case with Win 8.

Vaio SVE1712Z1EB with 8 GB of RAM, i7 processor execution.

SeanQ, after some time looking for a solution I finally found it on one of the vaio sites forum: it is the Radeon driver that must be installed from the Vaio support site. NOT the driver the latest AMD site. It does not solve the problem.

I did as follows: device, graphics card, Uninstall Manager. Did not help. Went to AMD in Program files. Setup.exe has begun, but instead of installation, clicked on uninstall. In this way, I uninstalled the driver former AMD and bad news from the site of AMD. I had to manually uninstall the driver in Device Manager, several times. Finally, I went to the site of Vaio and tried updating the driver. He failed. Reset. Manually start the update of the Vaio AMD driver. Finally it worked.

The fan is now more or less normal speed.

Overall, I spent 15 hours looking for this solution. How much is my time worth? Just joking, I'm happy that I found the solution.

  • Windows Driver DV6T-3000 graphics 8

Hey guys! its my first post.

I need help with my computer hp laptop pavilion dv6t-3000/entertainment. I tried to install windows 8(64x), upgrade to windows 7(64x) and everything is going well, but after trying to update the graphics driver in Device Manager (there was an alert next to tell him he was out of date), the screen went black and I can not get windows 8 to display anything after the start menu.

I checked this site: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=4221638&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&cc=us to help and downloaded the amd for graphics driver in windows 7(64x). I noticed that windows 8 was not on the list of operating systems and hp could support it not for my computer, but I've tried everything I can think of including: install drivers from hp for windows 7(64x), right click on the driver in Device Manager and click on update driver to recover the computer in the menu (f11) startup and reinstallation of windows 8 and try again and I tried all updates driver in safe mode (which does not work well). I updated my pc 3 times and reinstalled windows 8 and windows 7 one time twice.

If hp does not support my computer for windows drivers 8, is there anything else I can try?

    Thank you.

Windows 8 is not supported by HP on this model (so far), you're on your own to find drivers or methods toher to get the chart works properly, which may not be possible, at least until HP free W8 drivers for it at a later date.

    A quote from HP employee

"Some drivers worked in preview but not in RTM."

«Regarding the drivers Win7 in Win8, the major problem people have is switchable GPU.» Some systems just won't stand for Win8 switch. »

  • Framerate problem

Well, I noticed this problem with the last laptop I had, so I advanced and updated because I do not think that the hardware could handle my type of game. I have a model of computer laptop dv2941se and I seem to have the same problem I had before every game. My laptop appear to smooth a game or League of legends or World of Warcraft, but after some time the pace will pass to being like a 40-50 fps to a dish 5 to 10 frames per second. Yet once, I noticed that on the last laptop that I had as well. Also, I have a cooling pad under my laptop and rigged it with LEGO so I can get some airflow through it and circulate better. My laptop is not too hot, but no matter the weather, or how I put it, the games always eventually fall at a slow pace. Some Suggestions would be helpful.

My graphics card is a NVIDIA MCP67M

Still, any help with this problem would be appreciated. D

The only problems I see is both the graphics card or processor could be causing it. Most of the games are now dual-core with a speed at least 2.0 Ghz or faster. In addition, from what I've researched, the Nvidia card has only 64 MB of memory. Most cards have at least 128 MB. I checked this site and this could help but I; m don't know if you can do it. It will be useful.

    Hi Gubamaharama,

I answer on behalf of Dell Amogh G.

Laptops with a switchable graphics feature have two graphics (GPU) - an energy-saving, Integrated GPU and a powerful, discreet GPU. Computers equipped with a power saving GPU Intel and an AMD high performance GPU combine the advantages of low power of a GPU integrated with maximum performance of a discrete GPU.

By default, a computer with switchable graphics uses the integrated or energy conservation, GPU for most applications. The computer switches automatically to the discreet or high-performance GPU when an application requires more performance. You can configure the applications that require the GPU performance by selecting the application in the Catalyst Control Center software. When an application is configured to use the GPU high-performance computer rocking graphics solutions when the application is started or closed.

You can check the video below on how to configure the AMD Radeon switchable graphics card:

  • Inspiron 7520 AMD 7730 m poor performance

I recently bought a dell Inspiron 7520 computer and it came with the graphics card AMD 7730 switchable m.

It seems that the intel HD 4000 gets more fps in games such as cs and dota 2. The way I've tested this using AMD and CCC system monitor, configure switchable graphics. I will load Counter strike with option set to 'save energy' who will use the intel 4000. I get about 70 fps in the main screen and about 40 in game. When positioned on 'high performance', using the amd 7730, I'll get 30-40 fps and 30 in game. I know that move to high-performance use the amd card because AMD system monitor program will not record the use of the amd card, not the intel 4000 and is active during the switch 'high performance '.

I use the new drivers of 13.1 leshcat because dell drivers for this card are outdated. I have installed correctly and do not know why I get these weak performance of this card. The main reason to buy this laptop is for graphics... any help? computer back? Thank you

@eggbertn you realize that AMD drivers are constantly being twisted for games improve performance. Maybe they have not circumvented in Dota 2 or CS again.

Take for example their Notes in the last Beta 12.11 where there was a ton of games listed in regards to performance increases.

Or their release notes for their just released Beta 13.2 latest here with games more to get a performance gain.

I know leshcat labs did a good job, probably the only saving grace that have users of AMD, but AMD looks like it finally gets it's collective you know what set maybe try their 13.2 beta driver see if it helps.

Another suggestion run landmark and compare them to others who use the 7730 m see how you fare.
Sometimes, it's the game, sometimes it's the driver.

    See you soon
