  No, they are not saved anywhere.  If you want to record a conversation, you can (while IN the convo), click the wheel/Menu button and click Copy history.  Then, you will also need to paste it somewhere (like an e-mail or a note of memo pad).

  Can someone help me, please?

  I get an error message when I try to use AppWorld to download. I am trying to download Dropbox, but the same thing happens with any application.

  I get to the screen of the application and click Download and it begins to 'think', then it brings up this message:

  I went on the Dropbox website and tried to download from here, but he got half way through the download and showed an error.

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  you just set up email on your phone accounts or have they been here for a while? BlackBerry's push e-mail rather than sync emails only when you configure the address do not exist on the device.   BlackBerry is believed to be extremely safe devices, and that's why many companies prefer them to other smartphones. I can't Imaging RIM store such information on their servers, they essentially act as a conduit for messages from one device to the other. You can be quite certain that they don't keep this information because it would probably violate privacy laws too. The only place IM text is stored on your phone.

  However, if you use a phone from the company, then the company (if it uses blackbery enterprise server) can potentially open information if they want, but not the RIM.

  Just got my "BOLD" last week. It was fine in the first two days, but suddenly it became so slow in all areas.

  Can't even make a call properly with the call screen takes want to load.

  Checked STATE, the free file: 0 bytes and MEMORY to free memory space demand: 0.0 KB

  A deleted almost everything, but have always '0' on these two points.

  What was wrong and how can I solve this problem?

  It's my third BB and my 'old' 8707g never had no problems.

  You say that your free file is 0, and 0 is the total number of your files?

  File total is the total memory, it is not 0.

  Remove the battery while the device is activated, replace after one minute,

  Let the device reboot 1-3 min. go to the status of options and send me the free file and the total number of daughter.

  You have little free memory left on your device. .

  You have a lot of third-party applications on your time BB, icall, bbalerts etc?

  I had my (very old) BB9700 unlocked for my daughter and the SIM works fine for calls and texts.  It seems to connect to the wifi (symbol), but when I try the browser I get "unable to connect to the internet, please try again later" and e-mail implemented only allows me to choose a "e-mail account work with a bb Enterprise Server.  I can't find the manual op and it's been long that I was a user of bb.  Can anyone help?

  Yes, that's correct. No data plan = no email, no BBM surveys, etc.. Nothing which requires BlackBerry services.

  There are two ways to do it. I hope this helps.

  1. Highlight the first message you want to delete, press and hold the upper (^ aA), then highlight to include other messages. Messages must be continuous. There is no type select CTRL in Windows.
  2. In the message list highlight the line containing the date, press the menu key and select Remove beforehand. This will remove all the messages since this date and age. However, it is NOT synchronize deletions back to your e-mail client.

  I just signed up a new e-mail account to be handled by my Blackberry but can´t find where should I enter the name that will appear as the sender ("from") of each of my posts.

  I now have a second box of reception in the main menu icon, i.e., the two accounts are treated separately.

  Log into your BIS site, change the account e-mail and there is an area for your name to be sent.

  If you do not know your site BIS send me your carrier.

  Sounds strange and when things seem strange, we do a battery pull before all other rescues.  With your phone, remove the battery and then replace it.

  I am to place charge of RIM building messages in my Inbox (on the device and portable computer) and they advise me not to move the delet etc. and that the server will process with them (which is clearly not)... what I would do.

  My pocket computer is set up (I think) on a personal account that we do not exchange server?

  Also, when I sync, the process is done up to now and at the stage where it is updated the calendar of the device, it's crashing / stopping... I don't get an error message code... just that it has encountered a problem and needs to close.

  With regard to the Desktop Manager to crash, I would try two things

  1. Delete the intellisync folder, and then try to synchronize again - http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11703
