• BlackBerry Q5 [help] password entry box appearing NOT at all.

  Actual box to type the password just will not be displayed. My phone cannot be reactivated on my slide the screen up. Everything shows to the top, the noticications of time, emails and text, but when I slide the screen up all the way, I find myself with a gray background and the black bar running through the top of the screen.
