help with NAT 3 type

How can I change my NAT type 3?

I messed around on my secondary router and I googled a bunch with no luck saw the most people want to help change the 3 to 2.

I know, I know, why would I want to change my NAT type 3? reasons lol

can someone help me? My routers are connected LAN to LAN, I have a Linksys EA4500 as a secondary router, the main router I want to stay type 2 so that my efforts do not interfere with my brothers games.

I finally, I plugged the 2 first routers Lan to Lan and the third I hung LAN to Wan, problem solved

  • VPN on ASA 5506 without internet access, help with NAT?

    Hello

I have upgraded to a Cisco ASA 5505 to a 5506 X and as such have climbed to ASA 9.5

For this reason, I'm a bit stuck on how to implement the VPN. I followed the wizard and I can now establish inbound connections, but when connected (all traffic is tunnel) there is no internet connectivity.

Our offices internal (inside) network is 192.168.2.0/24

    Our VPN pool is 192.168.4.0/24

I guess that I'm missing a NAT rule, but in all honesty, I'm a user ASDM and as everything is changed, I am struggling to recreate it?

    Here is my config:

Result of the command: "sh run"

    Hi Ben-

What you are trying to accomplish is called VPN crossed.  Depending on your initial configuration, you have 2 NAT problems.  The first has to do with the NAT you place your order.  In the code later that we are dealing with two NAT ASA 8.3 times and who are ranked 2 sections going on before and after the device NAT. object

My general rule for control of NAT is like this:

    1. Twice NAT (front) - use this section for exemptions from NAT or unusual configurations that have to go first
    2. Purpose of NAT - Use this section to the static NAT instructions for servers
    3. Twice NAT (after) - use this section to your global declarations of NAT, basically a catch-all

Then, never use 'all' as an interface for all training of NAT.  This may seem like a good idea, but it will bite you.  Remember, it is more the notion of control NAT, then 'all' interface is bit VPN configurations and similar DMZ.  Always be specific about your interface for NAT pairs.

To this end, here is what I suggest that your NAT configuration should resemble:

nat (inside, outside) source static NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.2.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.2.0_24 destination static NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.4.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.4.0_24 no-proxy-arp route-lookup!object network DEVWEB-SSH nat (inside, outside) static interface service tcp ssh ssh !nat (inside, outside) after-auto source dynamic any interfacenat (outside, outside) after-auto source dynamic any interface
The key is that you need a NAT device explicitly reflecting the VPN traffic. PSC

I have no problem with access for network 10.0.0.0 192...

    But I can't ping 10.0.0.0... from 192.0.0.0 machines, beside the host 192.168.1.130.

Yes, I can ping the host virtual.

I added the road to 10.0.0.0 on one of the 192... machines, it can't do on 10.0.0.0 machine

What does take to ping network 10...

    THX.

    Michael.

If 10.0.0.0 is your virtual network of NAT (VMnet8) you cannot ping it because it is hidden to the outside (because it's NAT). You can only join in this network of specific port forwarding, but packages must go to the IP address of the host (and then they are redirected to the virtual prompt appropriate depending on the configuration of port forwarding).

  • VPN site to Site with NAT (PIX 7.2)

    Hi all

I hope for more help with config PIX.  TBH I would classify myself as a newb on PIX, only dabbling in it every 6 months or so...

I have to configure a VPN site-to site between our UK and US Office, to replace our frame relay link.  I have configured multiple VPN site to site on the before PIX, so am reasonably okay with the appearance of the config of who.  What is a new concept for me is the needs of NAT'ing between the IPSEC tunnel.

The U.S. Agency requires us to NAT source addresses (i.e. 192.168.1.0) usable on their side address (i.e. 143.102.89.0).  The tunnel must then be set to encrypt traffic between 143.102.89.0/24 and 172.24.0.0/14.

I added the following config and hoping to test it at the U.S. office happens online today.

If I Ping from 192.168.1.0 to 172.24.x.x source and run a SH NAT inside, the NAT translation seems good.

is the intellectual property inside 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 outside 172.24.0.0 255.252.0.0
    static translation at 143.102.89.0
    translate_hits = 4, untranslate_hits = 0

Could someone please go through the following lines of config and comment if there is no error?

    Thank you very much

    Kevin

You can configure NAT/Global pair for the rest of the users.

    For example:

You can use the initially configured ACL:

    policy-nat-dallas-list of allowed extensive access ip 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 172.24.0.0 255.252.0.0
NAT (inside) 1 access list policy-nat-dallas

    Global 1 143.102.89.x (outside)

The static statement that you configured previously will take precedence over the above. So the printer gets statically using a NAT to 143.102.89.10, and the rest can do another ip address 143.102.89.x PATed.

Please note that for PAT, traffic can only be initiated from 192.168.1.0/24 LAN to 172.24.0.0/14, not the other way around.

    Hope that helps.

    Concerning

    Frédéric

You must ensure that there is no NAT 0 ACL statement because it will take precedence over the static NAT.

    You don't need:

    Global 172.26.0.1 - 172.26.0.254 10 (outside)

    NAT (inside) 10 access-list nattoyr

Because it will be replaced by the static NAT.

    In a Word is enough:

nattoyr to access ip 10.0.0.0 scope list allow 255.255.255.0 10.1.252.0 255.255.255.0

access extensive list ip 172.26.0.0 vpntoyr allow 255.255.255.0 10.1.252.0 255.255.255.0

-Make sure that it not there no NAT ACL 0 including the above statements and check if NAT happening (sh xlate) and the

traffic is being encryption (sh cry ips its)

Hello I am trying to download an episode of my Podcast podcast connect and get this error?

Impossible to analyze your diet. Invalid XML: error on line 190: name of the "disabled" attribute associated with an element type "button" should be followed by the "=" character.

    my diet is validated? http://beprovidedhealthradio.libsyn.com/RSS

It worked for my first episode? I don't know why it doesn't work for the second episode. I also use Libsyn if that helps.

Your show is already in iTunes.

    https://iTunes.Apple.com/podcast/id1151562400?MT=2 & ls = 1

And everything seems fine with it and your diet.  You ONLY SUBMIT YOUR FEED ONCE.

That's it - better to stay outside of your podcast connect account - only bad things happen to go there and play with things.  Once again, your show is very well and is in iTunes and your flow is good with it.

Both episodes show when you subscribe - and your most recent episode appears on the page of the iTunes, general store with in 24 hours from when you posted it.

  • 32L4333DG TV - need help with configuring WLAN

I bought a flat 32L4333DG of Toshiba, but cannot configure the wireless connection.
    Help me please.

Message was edited: assignment has been translated

What's the problem? Have you read the instructions in the manual how to connect WiFi TV?

There are 3 different methods to configure the WLan configuration:

    _1) easy Setup (WPS) _
+ If the AP is WPS compatible, this method can be used. +
+ WPS is a standard of the industry, designed to facilitate the wireless LAN connection and security settings. WPS automatically configures all the wireless settings. +
+ NOTE: WEP encryption is perhaps not able to configure through easy implementation. +

_2) assisted Setup (installation using notification s AP information) _
+ Name network, authentication and encryption are decided according to the information provided by the AP. You can manually set the security key. +
+ The security key must conform to these conditions: +.
    + TKIP/AES: ASCII 8-63 or 64 Hex characters +.
    + WEP: codes ASCII 13 5 or 10 or 26 Hex characters +.
+ There's a key ID to set for the WEP encryption. +

_3 _) manual configuration (manual entry of all parameters)
+ Some types of encryption are only compatible with specific authentication types. +
+ When authentication is an open system, only WEP or none is compatible. +
+ When authentication is shared key, WEP is compatible. +
+ When authentication is WPA - PSK or WPA2-PSK, TKIP or AES is compatible. +

+ When the inconsistent authentication/encryption pairings are detected, a warning message will be displayed and no connection attempt will be until the conflict is resolved. +

+ There's a key ID to set for the WEP encryption. +

  • Help with If formula writing

Hypothetical, if cell A2 is less than cell B2 and then cell A36 = 5, if cell A2 is more than cell B2 and then cell A36 =-5. If cell A3 is cell B3 below then cell A36 = 5, if cell A3 is cell B3 and cell A36 =-5. And then for the A36 cell permanently keep a total.  Can anyone help with a formula for something like that?

You can do something like this:

    C2 = 5 × IF (A2, B2, 1, IF (A2 > B2, −1, 0))

It's abbreviation dethrone select cell C2, then type (or copy and paste it here) the formula:

    = 5 * IF (A2, B2, 1, IF (A2 > B2, −1, 0))

    Select the cell S2, copy

Select cells C2 through C35, dough

    C36 = SUM (C2:C35)

    < B > - 5

    A > B->-5

    A=B                 -> 0

We have problems with our iMac, like below. If anyone has any inside. There is plenty of space on the hard drive and I have just run Cocktail to maintain and made sure the operating system is up-to-date.

We often live very slow behavior in task such as launch of mail, safari or anything else besides and sometimes even just type text in boxes. It is also very slow at startup and shutdown.

Any help much appreciated. I hope it's useful to include the report of EtreCheck below.

    Best regards

    Sparko

All software maintenance is in fact slow down your Mac.  The only maintenance that has need for a Mac is back up.  Remove any object to maintain, by asking directions.

Also, your M-Audio drivers are listed as obsolete in Yosemite.  This means that any M-Audio Midi device to update driver to be useful in El Capitan.

  • Need help with the port forwarding for a XBox remote Streaming

I have a router R6200v2 and need help with port forwarding.

I came across this set of instructions for setting up stream port forwarding XBox remotely from anywhere

    http://kinkeadtech.com/2015/07/how-to-stream-Xbox-one-to-Windows-10-from-anywhere-with-Internet/

I have no idea when it comes to such things and I want to make sure I do it correctly without messing up my existing home network.

Port Forwarding and triggering Port pages setup look very different from what the guy uses. Can someone walk me through what I do to set up please?

    Hi @varxtis,

You must enter them in the field for a start external Port and external completion Port. You will need to send individually except for the range of 49000-65000. The steps are as follows.

    1. create a Service name (it could be something else that you cannot use the same service name twice. Ex. XBOX1, XBOX2 and so forth.)

    2. Select the type of service (TCP, UDP or both)

3 entry 5050 times a start external Port and external endpoints.

    4. Select the IP address of your XBOX.

    5. Select apply.

6 do the same for other port numbers. To the beach, use 49000 for the external departure Port and for the external completion Port 65000.

    Kind regards

    Dexter

  • EliteBook 8730w: need help with reset password BIOS HP Elitebook 8730w

Dear community, I have a HP Elitebook 8730w and I forgot the BIOS password. I tried everything I could remember, I slept several days above to remind him, but I'm lost. I contacted HP support and they said that they would not help with a file of type smc.bin (which has been mentioned in many forums). No idea how to fix? I need to change the HARD disk but do not dare to do so that I can not configure the new HDD or SSD in BIOS.

Help would be appraciated. I do not directly post P/N and S/N, due to privacy regulations in this forum. But if anyone can help me, please send a message and I'll post all the necessary details.

I am a student and have small budget so I was willingly using this Elitebook old but fine. But now I'm really in trouble.
