  You can follow the instructions here: PS CS3: cannot save on PC

  If your old product is not on the list, nor is your serial number for it. If you need to reinstall on a new system, and the CS3 upgrade wants a qualification series, it's bad. These series are of a value of $$$ and no registration or registration request in trouble.

  I bought a genuine product Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard about 3 years ago. After the initial installation (with serial number) applications worked well (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.). However, I could only use Acrobat a few weeks before the software did not react more. After this time all pdf files can be manually opened with Adobe Reader, but not with Acrobat. Because Acrobat seems to be the default program to open pdf files, nothig happens if I double click on a pdf file, or if a pdf file to be generated from a site Web etc. At the beginning, I was able to reinstall Acrobat from the CD and it would work for a few weeks yet. This has been the case for the past three years. Now, even the resettlement option no longer works and the error message "Is not a real product from Adobe" is displayed during installation.   What software you want to install?

  If it is old software that comes on a DVD, then install from the DVD and enter the serial number when prompted.

  Otherwise, you can download applications and install - this document provides more details. You can not require a serial number but must sign the software with an Adobe ID, which has the appropriate right.

  Or open a separate account and request to transfer your individual copy of Acrobat for it. Then connect to that account on your computer to third and you should be fine.

  Check your Adobe account online.  If you have registered the software version should be shown there.

  Never share your serial number publicly... anyone can use it.

  We run OSX Yosemite. The only mac that it worked was the one in which I initially downloaded the package. We cannot reuse the same package file? I have a site license and requires the same software installed on several machines.

  Welcome to the Adobe forums.

  You can certainly install the package on other MAC computers. Can you please check the security and privacy on MAC machine where the batch fails.

  Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > allow downloaded applications on and select anywhere.

  Launch the installation of the package. Let us know the error if it does not work yet.
