Hero image to fit the screen vertically?

I recently created a Web site with a navigation bar on the top of the home screen. Just below the navigation bar, I placed a hero image that spans the entire width of the page. I want to make this image extends all along the visible page by the person accessing the page. This means when they visit the site, they will see only the bar of navigation and the image of hero. Then when they start to scroll down, more of the page will be revealed. I found a great example of this at www.orangedigital.com.au

Any help will be much appreciated.

You can either use an image in the browser or the filling of the page or you can stretch the image vertically so that users get the option of scrolling the page on the image.

Thank you

In the update of 2015 when I open two windows of the same file both images zooming in and out together. I'm working with a Wacom tablet screen on which I do hide photos and so I want the image to 100% or greater. • get an image to fit the width of the browser

    Hello

Im trying to get an image to fit the width of the browser - I thought that I could do as you would a picture form, that is to say until the red line appears both sides so it will fill the same as a form automactially. However when I do this that it just doesn't work - it is not stretch across the width of the browser.

I realize that I can use the BROWSER FILL - but as I already have a picture for the footer I used this function that works well. Ive also tried combining image and my foot as a large image using the browser fill - however this does not work as when the image is adjusted upward on a large screen, it puts everything, as it is just to treat as a single large image background.

So my question is - is anyway that I can get an image that is placed to fill the width of the browser without using browser fill?

    Thanks in advance

    Paul

Draw a rectangle, click the 100% icon (1) in the Strip command at the top of the application window, use the command 'Fill' (2) to place a photo:

Note Although the distortion. You can use this method if you must, but I
invites you to put some min and max limits on the size of your page. Otherwise,.
It will look all just horrible on the ultra wide screens or 3 components.

  • Fitting the screen pages

How can I get the page to fit the screen.  After the Welcome screen appears and the system is connected is dead center on the screen as a small area and it's on a Hewlett Packard laptop that it the screen with icons on it.  If will not get everything bigger.  Also, on my other desktop, which is a sony vaio.  When I access internet, my page is automotically medium of fat and I have to minimize the box and then make adjustments.  I've never had to do this before.  I don't know what I did to cause this. The page is so great that I can't see the scroll bars on the screen width.

Please help and thanks anyone done!

I have two large black areas on each side of my screen. How to resize my screen to fit the screen of my computer? (and yes I tried the button expand) :))

    Hello val2000, welcome.

These games is managed inside of Internet Explorer? If this isn't the case, then I suggest contacting the manufacturer of your computer for the latest pgrahics drivers. If installation of those who does not resolve the problem, then try to change your resolution to one of the following values (depending on the size of your screen):

    1024 x 768
1280 x 800 (wide, common form for laptops)
    1280 x 1024
    1680 x 1050 (widescreen)

    To change your resolution:

    1. click on START
    2. click on "Control Panel."
    3. double click on "display".
    4. click on the tab "settings".
    5. change the resolution on your cursor tab and then click on 'Apply' at the bottom right

  • My hotmail page no longer fits the screen - it's too big. It wasn't always like that. How can I reformat to fit the screen?

All of a sudden, the fonts and formatting on the hotmail page (in records such as Inbox, sent, deleted, etc.) is so great that it does not fit the screen.  I have to move the page from left to right and back again to see the entire page.  Font size says 10, but it's huge.   How can I fix?

Try clicking on view, then text size, then select a smaller size.

  • InDesign: I can't extend my images to fit the background area lost

    Hello

I'm looking for help making my images extend to the substantive area lost.  I have configured my document to have a 0.125 "bleed all around, as shown, but when I drag to expand the image to fit the purge, the image does not appear between the edge of the page and the background area lost.  I saw someone do this in a tutorial and it worked, so I don't know why mine does not purge the image section.

Can someone help me understand this?

    Thank you!

It seems to me that you drag only the weft for guides to bleed, leaving the image itself affected. Press/hold Ctrl/Cmd before you click the handle of the frame, then drag, and the image will respond with the framework.

Make sure that before you add this photo to your project, you go to the preferences (under the Edit on a PC) and uncheck the default scale to the size of the image.

Scaling of artificially reduced image size your photo - no matter how large - the size of your video image, make detailed pans and zooms like your impossible. When it is not checked, your photo will be in full resolution and you will only see a small part of it in the preview window.

That said, don't forget that you work at video resolution, so some details will be lost. (Less so, if you change video high-def). And, of course, don't forget to make your timeline after you have added your pans and zooms to see a better representation of what your final video will look like.

  • Script needed downtown Zoom image to fit the width mode full screen

So here's the situation: I am full screen/no menus and I would like an image to center the zoom to fit the width of my screen. This would save some time by rubbing the zoom.

And when you use the button of the screen fill zoom than nothing is registered by the logger Plugin or scriptlistener Action. When your layout fullscreen it no way to get to the screen from filling key, there is no. If you use the button before switching to fullscreem mode when you enter mode full screen zoom level of the image does not fill the screen.
