  -first of all, make sure that you have flash player update. You can get the latest version of https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

  Now open a session in anticipation of history for some time see if it solves your problem or not

  -If it don't then try opening your browser's private browsing/incognito mode and try connecting to the story from there

  If you are able to connect then you should try clear the cache and cookies of your browser

  You don't need to uninstall Photoshop Element 6 before installing

  Photoshop SetupUpdates12.

  However, it's totally your voluntary decision to uninstall PSE6 but he won't give you any

  problem if the versions coexist.

  The OptiPlex 360 will run 10 64-bit fine Windows. Windows Update will download the 8.15.10.2697 driver version and install it after installing Windows.
