• I have Lightroom CC last updated.  I use and Olympus OM - D E M10 Mark II.  Adobe indicates that the ORF of this camera raw file should be supported.  However, when I try to import it says not visible.  What is the problem?

  Is there a solution to my problem?  Adobe shows the camera as supported, but the updates do not work. I noticed in Photoshop CC it's the RAW drive is not more late, but it will not update to version 9.2

  Claes - thank you.  That's what I'll do.  Since Adobe showed as a camera supported on their site and indicated 9.2 Raw I thought that she had been released.

  The download was successful but when I press the button import I get this error message: namespace could not be found: AgCreativeCloudUtils. What is c?  How can I fix it? Pretty much a novice and trying to find an easy to use photo editing program.

  Have you removed the CC desktop application?

  If so, reinstall LR.

  Know your OS would be helpful too.

  Please make sure that you use the latest version of Lightroom CC 2015.4

  Also, disconnect all other external devices like phone, tablet of your card and try again.

  Try to use another card if possible and see if it works.

  Of course, you use a disk. When you import, you place a copy of your photos on your computer's hard drive (or external hard drive). The meaning of the error message seems very clear. What part of this do you not understand?

  I just saved imported a full of pictures via Lightroom cc memory card. I saved the on an external hard drive (connected a Drobo S).

  After you import the pictures I noticed I did a spelling error in the name of the folder of these pictures, so I corrected it. Of course Lightroom put a question mark next to this folder, then I showed up with success to the renamed folder. The folder opens in Lightroom and all his pictures appear correctly in Lightroom.

  Don't know what you mean by the list of the "peripheral", but all you need to do is choose "other destination..." and navigate in the file picker of standard operating system you will get to the location that you want to import and click on the two small triangles to the right of the name of the destination in the upper drive right of the import screen. If you do not get a popup here, make sure that you "copy" selected in the top middle.

  You must go to the location: admin/Users / / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom

  Hold down the CTRL key and click on Lightroom, click on read the information and click the permissions tab.

  Provide the permissions to read and write to your identifier and then close.

  Then reopen Lightroom. You should be able to open Lightroom.

  No, it is not AFAIK. You can try back LR 6 and then buy the subscription of photographers. You will need to contact Adobe about this.

  Hello

  You are probably using the Quick - switch to Expert mode at the top. All the tools are only available in Expert mode.
