  Thank you for the additional information.  I really appreciate it.

  Please implement the ePrint on your printer.  You start by getting the printer application Code.  Once the fact sheet of web services with the code of your application, please follow the instructions in setting upward a Custom Email Address for ePrint.

  Please add the printer to your HP ePrint app by email of the ePrint printer address. The steps on how to do this are in the HP ePrint Mobile App FAQ document, under the question "How can I add a printer on my mobile device?   This should stop the error message you see.

  For additional reference, I've also included the Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) and earlier versions: printing with printing from Android Solution document.

  I have a setup similar (Win10, Palm Desktop 6.2.2) and see the notes of service very good.

  Right-click on the column with all the icons (Date, address, etc.), then choose "Customize".

  See if memos somehow got unchecked.

  Also, be sure to try opening the application by right-clicking the shortcut to Palm Desktop, then choose "Run as Administrator".  Make sure that the data is displayed.

  Looks like it's pretty much like the Xoom except a little heavier to 1.5 pounds (if I remember correctly the xoom is 1.3). Apparently, it will be available in 3g and WiFi, but other that the weight appears on the same specification wise. I'm sorry except for support of the SD card.

  I did this:

  • Check that Evernote is enabled on your Q10. Create an account if not and activate your settings > accounts > Evernote.
  • Install Evernote on your PC.
  • If you synchronize your memos to your 9900 to your Office Outlook, then copy all your memos from Outlook and paste them into your Evernote account on the browser on your PC.
  • Today, all your memos will sync as Evernote in your app Remember > Evernote folder (or more, install the application Evernote to your AppWorld Q10.

  If you do not use Outlook on your computer, it gets a little more complicated, let me know.

  If you stay at 9320 curve then more easiset way to do this is an Assistant to switch device using Desktop software.

  KB23677  :  How to switch using BlackBerry Desktop Software devices.

   

  Or if you want to perform a selective restore to your new 9320 then first do a full backup of your old 9700 using desktop software. Once you have your backup connect your 9320 and run the software, select the device from software > restore > data choose selected since your last backup you did > scroll down the list and select only the password keeper and memo key data in this list, then click on apply.

  The error message and the event log indicates that the problem is related to the ACPI driver. I suggest you reinstall the ACPI driver and check if you have the same problem. Here is a link I found on the Asus website support to download the ACPI driver:
